110年度臺南市毒性及關注化學物質源頭查核管理計畫
| 中文摘要 | 臺南市政府環境保護局為瞭解轄內業者化學物質運作及管理管制狀況，同時配合政府強化毒性化學物質及關注化學物質之運作管理，以期強化毒性化學物質之運作管理及源頭控管輔導具食安風險疑慮化學物質之施政目標，規劃以下重點執行事項。 一、清查輔導具食安風險疑慮化學物質運作業者。 二、執行毒性及關注化學物質之稽查及辦理勾稽查核專案、釋放量查核督導及非法查處。 三、查訪轄內化學物質製造或輸入業者。 四、清查關注化學物質運作業者並調查其運作資料。 五、執行毒性及關注化學物質運送車輛勾稽及現場查核。 六、強化毒性及關注化學物質災害防救業務推動。 七、辦理相關教育宣導活動及說明會。 | ||

110 Tainan City Toxicity and Concern Chemical Substances Source Inspection Management Plan
| 英文摘要 | The Environmental Protection Bureau of Tainan Municipal Government plans the following key implementation items in order to understand the status of operation and management control of chemical substances in the industry under its jurisdiction, and to cooperate with the government to strengthen the operation and management of toxic chemical substances and chemical substances of concern, with a view to strengthening the operation and management of toxic chemical substances and source control guidance to meet the policy objectives of chemical substances with food safety risks and doubts. 1. Inventory and counseling of food safety risk suspected chemical substance operators. 2. Carry out the inspection of toxic and chemical substances of concern, handle audit inspection items, release quantity inspection supervision and illegal investigation. 3. Visiting the manufacturing or importing of chemical substances within its jurisdiction. 4. Inventory of operators of chemical substances of concern and investigate their operational information. 5. Carry out inspections and on-site inspections of vehicles transporting toxic and concerned chemical substances. 6. Strengthen the promotion of toxicity and disaster prevention and rescue business of chemical substances. 7. Handle relevant educational publicity activities and explanatory meetings. | ||
