花蓮縣-109年度水污染防治評核補助運用計畫-河川清潔維護建設補助費

| 英文摘要 | In order to strengthen the protection of the county's river basins and marine environment, the Environmental Protection Bureau of the Hualien County Government continues the "109-year Hualien County Water Pollution Prevention and Control Plan and promotes the use of livestock manure and biogas residue as farmland fertilizer and the recycling and reuse of green energy biogas and odor. The Reduction Counseling Project promotes the "110 Hualien County Water Pollution Prevention and Control Plan " (hereinafter referred to as this project) , to handle the inspection and sampling of the listed enterprises within the jurisdiction of the county, and to guide its waste (sewage) water to meet the discharge water quality standards.
