110年度露天燃燒、餐飲業管制暨環保祭祀宣導計畫-期末定稿本

中文摘要 統計110年4月06日至110年12月31日止,本計畫共完成露天燃燒查核1015件次,並利用AI辨識技術執行農作流向普查,執行95,537筆土地調查,其中旱田部分有29,005筆(8799.77公頃),水田部分計66,532筆(18489.26公頃),約佔本縣稻作種植面積41.6%。另在科技化查核部分,執行UAV空中拍攝32場查獲燃燒案件24件,並協助建置露天燃燒通報LINE官方群組(查獲比例達87.5%)及AI視覺型煙霧探測暨主動式通報系統(查獲比例達73.2%)。此外,在農業廢棄物資源化部分,本計畫辦理樹枝葉破碎、推廣稻草蓆及農業網膜回收再利用示範作業,以便民服務為出發點,協助減少農業廢棄物燃燒案件發生。在餐飲業油煙管制工作方面,本計畫依據「餐飲業空氣污染防制設施管理辦法」,執行72家餐飲業查核。另完成260家廟宇訪談,並協助執行紙錢集中處理156.9公噸。整體計畫污染削減量達TSP_6.52噸、PM10_6.20噸、PM2.5_5.02噸、SOX_0.89噸、NOX_2.01噸、CO_33.46噸、THC_9.94噸、NMHC_6.38噸。

Open burning and catering industry control and environmental sacrifice promotion plan in 2021

英文摘要 Statistics From April 06, 2021 to December 31, 2021, this project completed a total of 1,015 open-air burning inspections, and used AI recognition technology to carry out agricultural flow censuses, and carried out 95,537 land surveys, including 29,005 in dry fields. (8799.77 hectares), and the paddy fields totaled 66,532 (18489.26 hectares), accounting for about 41.6% of the rice planting area in the county. In terms of oil fume control in the catering industry, this plan has implemented 72 catering industry audits based on the "Management Measures for Air Pollution Control Facilities in the Catering Industry". It also completed interviews with 260 temples and assisted in the centralized processing of 156.9 metric tons of paper money. The overall planned pollution reduction amounts to TSP_6.52 tons, PM10_6.20 tons, PM2.5_5.02 tons, SOX_0.89 tons, NOX_2.01 tons, CO_33.46 tons, THC_9.94 tons, and NMHC_6.38 tons.
