(1)Execution of street flushing
The total length of road washing operations in this project was 70,415.6 kilometers, and the total project progress rate was 100.6%. The total water consumption for street washing was 75,971.54 tons. The average monthly water consumption per unit length (km) was 1.08 metric tons. The average unit water consumption was also the same, which was greater than the contractual water consumption. Estimated according to the reduction factor of the Environmental Protection Agency, TSP can be reduced by 971.7 metric tons, PM10 183.1 metric tons, and PM2.5 42.7 metric tons.
(2)Water quality testing
The project planned a total of 16 qualified discharge water intake points. May 2021, August 2021, November 2020, and March 2020, 4 water quality inspection operations were completed; suspended solids at each water intake point ( The concentration of SS) was between 2.5~30.0 mg/L, the hydrogen ion concentration (pH) was between 6.6 and 8.8; the amount of dissolved oxygen (DO) was between 3.1~8.4mg/L, all of which met the terrestrial ground water quality standards.
(3)Road dirt survey
Carrying out road pollution survey operations. A total of 1,318 road surveys were completed, totaling 4,441.4 kilometers, of which a total of 1,206 A-level roads, totaling 3,982.2 kilometers (accounting for 89.7%); A total of 112 B-level roads, totaling 459.2 kilometers (accounting for 10.3%); and there was no C-level road. In addition, B-level roads had been horizontally notified to the district team, pigging department, and other units to be included in the cleaning range.
(4)Performance evaluation for the street flushing.
The evaluation of the effectiveness of street washing was carried out by the use of street dust detection and analysis. Completed the four seasons detection and analysis, a total of 16 roads with 96 points. Before the street washing operation in the four seasons, the average street dust load was 1.27g/m2, and the soil load was 0.29g/m2. After the street washing operation, the average street dust load decreased to 0.37g/m2, and the soil load was 0.07g/m2. The reduction rates of street dust and soil from street washing operations were 73.71% and 76.37%, respectively.
(5)Collection of cleaning operations in this city
This plan regularly collected the implementation data of various cleaning operations in this city every month, with a total of 606,376.58 kilometers in total length of the city’s cleaning operations. It was calculated according to the formula for reducing TSP for street cleaning operations stipulated by the Environmental Protection Agency of the Executive Yuan. It was estimated that TSP can be reduced by 7,858.8 metric tons.
(6)Improvement of road pollution by farming machines
During the plan period, the public office, agricultural administration unit, and police administration unit were invited to hold a publicity meeting together. Each unit conducted publicity on the topic of farming equipment management, such as: Agricultural Bureau "Agricultural Machinery Certificate/Agricultural Machinery License Plate Handling", Police Bureau "Agricultural Machinery and Equipment without a License Plate Ban", and Environmental Protection Bureau "Agricultural Machinery on the Road Polluted Road Improvement".
(7)Agricultural Pollution Bulletin
According to the resolution of the consultation meeting on the division of labor, 15 high-density farming areas (Houbi District, Liuying District, Xinying District, Xiaying District, Dongshan District, Baihe District, Yanshui District, Liujia District, Guantian District, Xinshi District, Yongkang District, Madou District, Guiren District, Annan District) a total of 45 agricultural demonstration road sections, and a total of 12 cases of pollution were seized during the implementation of the plan.
