雲端智能監控進行重金屬水污染深度查核計畫

中文摘要 本計畫執行時間由110年3月11日至110年11月30日止,執行期間皆依期程規範辦理,整體進度達成率100%。本計畫針對大里溪流域120家金屬表面處理業篩選20家有疑義對象,配合操作參數、重金屬、化學需氧量、懸浮固體、氰化物等檢測作業辦理8家實廠驗證查核工作。查核結果主要缺失為申報內容與許可核定不符,以及未依規定紀錄等,共3家檢測結果不符合放流水標準。110年10月03日及24日完成2家智能科技設備裝設工作,建構模組功能包含地圖顯示、讀值顯示、歷史資料等查詢功能;數值比對、視覺化分析等分析功能;儲存下載功能;遠端調整傳輸器及警報預警設定功能等。110年10月18日辦理雲端智能科技設備稽查說明會1場次,與會人數共49人。完成智能科技設備稽查水污染教學影片拍攝工作及剪輯。

Project of cloud intelligent monitoring for heavy metal water pollution in-depth inspection

英文摘要 This project has started from the 11th of March 2021, and officially completed on 30 November 2021.The entire process was followed by the schedule specifications. As of the 30th of November 2021, the achievement rate was up to 100%. By tracked down along the Dali River, we selected 20 suspicious objects from 120 metal surface treatment manufactories, and screened 8 of them to do the on-site inspection of chemical Contaminants, such as operating parameters, heavy metals, chemical oxygen demand, suspended solids, and cyanide. The main deficiencies in the verification results are the discrepancies between the declared content and the license verification, and the failure to record according to regulations, etc. The installation of two smart technology equipment was completed on October 3 and 24, 2021. The construction module functions include map display, reading value display, historical data and other query functions; numerical comparison, visual analysis and other analysis functions; storage and download Functions; remote adjustment of the transmitter and alarm pre-warning setting functions, etc. The first public meeting of cloud smart technology equipment inspection was held on October, 18th 2021. A total of 49 people attended the meeting. The filming of the teaching video has already completed.
