This plan covers four major tasks, including continuous development of the i- Environment, the Pollutant Release and Transfer Register data query system, the Environment Info Push APP back-end service, and other service platform management and maintenance and common requirements. Cooperate with the promotion strategy of the open government action plan, based on the i-Environment, and incorporate the commitments of the Executive Yuan's an open government national action plan, including open government training, solar photovoltaic environmental and social inspection information disclosure, offshore wind power sea area data integration, public participation and promotion of open data standards, public participation in environmental information, and citizen science with pollution improvement measures, etc., to create an "environmental information disclosure platform". Aiming at the core values (transparency, accountability, participation, and inclusion) advocated by the Open Government Partnership (OGP), combining environmental quality geographic maps and government open data to design value-added innovations, strengthen environmental application technologies, to promote the policy of maximizing the openness of government data, assist in promoting open government, strengthen the ability to communicate with the public, and enhance the confidence of citizens to participate.
In response to the transformation of i-Environment into an environmental information disclosure platform, we re-designed the system structure and interface this year to optimize the public service experience, provide integrated, shared, digital and interactive products, effectively transmit environmental information, and help the public understand environmental information issues from the opening of environmental data, we will further promote open government, public environmental awareness and public participation, and jointly protect Taiwan's environmental health. And through environmental data disclosure, environmental information integration and interface optimization, and expansion of the application level, the related cognition and practical operation of the public participation system can be more effectively strengthened; in addition, to maintain the availability and reliability of each service platform of the project and security, and in response to changes and adjustments in the internal and external information environment, to ensure the quality of relevant graphics or data and the stability of the information services required by the aforementioned business.
