The main accomplishments of this project's work execution include the consolidation of historical survey data for sites that require acceleration, conducting necessary supplementary survey operations, understanding the extent and current status of pollution, conducting a comprehensive assessment of overall, conducting evaluations in areas such as technology, environment, economy, society, and regulations, and presenting a planning document for improvement initiatives for 10 polluted site pollution remediation programs.
After a comprehensive assessment of the site's pollution conceptual model and on-site environmental and engineering conditions, this project implemented a suitable measure improvement plan for soil pollution control at one state-owned land site, thus effectively promoting the enhancement of land revitalization and reuse benefits.
In order to enhance site improvement oversight operations, this project compiles and lists common shared patterns and consistent principles. The Environmental Protection Administration issued a letter announcing the pattern recognition form in February 7th,2022 and announced the revision of the "Guidelines for Review and Oversight of Soil and Groundwater Pollution Site Improvement" in September 23th, 2022 to provide a basis for subsequent supervision by various regulatory authorities at all levels and to enhance the monitoring and management of site improvement progress.
