110年臺中市營建工程查核計畫

中文摘要 期末報告執行期間(統計期程 110 年 03 月24 日至 111 年 3 月 23 日), 已蒐集分析營建工程徵收、管制、污染排放削減情形及執行成果資訊進行探討,據以擬定管制策略,執行成果摘要說明如下。 1.辦理營建工程空氣污染防制費徵收案件共9,735件( 開工申報5,268件、完工結算4,339件及起、承造人資料變更128 件),總徵收金額為135,252,826 元; 採網路申報之申報率為 93.40%。 2.執行期間稽巡查次數為10,151處次,整體簽名率約 90.74%,納管率為 73.25%、管辦符合率為98.46%。 3.執行期間施工機具排氣檢測完成20輛次,其中15輛符合建議標準。 4.執行期間針對區域開發工程執行30次空拍作業。 5.執行期間道路普查長度為4,763.6公里,其中 A 級道路為92.28%、B 級道路為7.72%。

2021 Taichung City Construction Project Inspection Plan

英文摘要 The infomation collection and analysis have been completed regarding to the construction levying, management, air pollution reduction as well as the results for the period of the final report(from March 24, 2021 to January 31, 2022). Based on the proposed governance strategy, the summary of the executions is described as below: 1.Totally 9,735 cases of the Construction project air pollution prevention fee collections have been completed(includes 5,268 cases of the construction start application, 4,339 cases of the construction complete application and 128 cases of constructor change applition). The total amount collected is NTD $ 135,252,826. The online application rate is 93.40%. 2.10,151 inspections have been conducted within the year. The signature rate is 90.74%, the admission rate is 73.25% and the compliance rate is 98.46%. 3.20 inspections of the vehcle emission have been conducted, of which 15 vehcles have meet the emission standard. 4.During the execution period, 30 aerial photography operations were performed over for the regional development projects. 5.The total length of the road surveying conducted within the year is 4,763.6 km, in which Class A roads take up 92.28%, and Class B roads take up 7.72%.
