110-112年綠色採購制度精進及推動第1年(2年計畫)專案工作計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本計畫工作內容涵蓋三大面向，分別為政府機關、民間企業及團體及一般民眾，政府機關部分包含修訂「綠色採購推動方案」（修正草案），推動勞務及工程採購實施並申報綠色採購，蒐研各類別勞務及工程採購之綠色採購潛力，並透過各年度「機關綠色採購績效評核方法」管考各機關綠色採購推動成效，110年機關綠色採購金額達111億元，較109年約上升8億元；民間企業及團體則透過各年度「推動民間企業及團體實施綠色採購計畫」，由各地方環保局輔導民間企業及團體實施並申報綠色採購，110年民間企業及團體綠色採購金額達523億元，較109年上升約77億元；一般民眾部分則透過修正環保旅店推廣計畫，提高環保旅店家數，推廣綠色旅遊理念。除此之外，亦透過表揚，鼓勵積極推廣綠色採購及綠色消費相關業者，期藉由綠色採購制度引領我國綠色產品商機，進一步強化我國綠色消費可行性，鼓勵民眾落實綠色消費，實際於日常生活中採購綠色產品，完整我國綠色消費鏈。 | ||

2021-2023 Green Procurement and Consumption Promotion Project
| 英文摘要 | The project divided into three parts, government agencies, Private enterprise and general public. In Government agencies part, revised a " Green Procurement Promotion Program" to include services and work procurement into the government green procurement scope, and researched the potential of services and work procurement green procurement. Agency green procurement amount administered from annual assessment criteria. Agency green procurement amount up to 111 billion, an increase of 8 billion from 2020. In second part, draw up "Private enterprise Green Procurement Promotion Program", cooperate with tutoring operations to assist private enterprise to implement and declare green procurement. Private enterprise green procurement amount up to 523 billion, an increase of 77 billion from 2020. In general public part, we focused on increasing awareness of green consumption, we joined the exhibition of 2021 Taipei International Travel Fair in green tourism promotion, and praise the excellent units in green consumption promotion. As stated above, through government agency and general public implementation, enhance the business opportunities and scope of green products in our country, and encourage the public to implement green consumption and actually purchase green products in life to complete our green consumption chain. | ||
