110 年辦理民間團體及學校申請環境教育經費補助、訪查及核銷輔導專案工作計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本計畫執行成果包括：（一）協助完成48案民間團體及學校申請補助案之初審查作業，經由審查會議核定18案之補助案；110年3月辦理1場次補助計畫經會核銷說明會，使受補助單位充分瞭解補（捐）助計畫核銷及結案之規定、程序與期程；並於本計畫執行期間，指派1名專案人員，每週至少4天至署內，辦理本專案相關工作。另分別完成補（捐）助民間團體及學校計畫15案及中央機關合作辦理環境教育特色計畫補助計畫6案之結案核銷等相關作業。（二）透過15場次實地查訪各受補（捐）助單位辦理環境教育活動之情形，促使各受補（捐）助單位落實計畫執行，達成補助計畫預訂目標及預期效益（三）110年9月6日邀請審查委員召開成果發表會評審委員工作會議，針對成果報告書面資料審查評分、現場成果展示審查評分、分數計算方法、特優獎及優等獎得獎基準以及各計畫主題評定名次等之成果發表會審查評分原則及標準。110年10月14日邀請發表單位辦理成果發表工作說明會，說明發表會辦理方式及配合事項及成果上網登錄等事項。110年11月27日於張榮發基金會國際會議中心舉辦環境教育基金補（捐）助計畫成果發表會，共計160人參與現場成果展示審查，呈現年度執行成果，並選出5件特優獎及8件優等獎，於閉幕典禮時頒獎表揚。 | ||

Working program of coorperation with civil organizations and universities to provide subsidy reviewed and counseling services for Environmental education in 2021.
| 英文摘要 | The results of implementing the project are as follows: 1.Assisted in completing 48 cases of project applications by civil organizations and universities to pass through preliminary examination and there are 18 project cases were chosen by the Review Conference voting. In order to make subsidized civil organizations to fully understand in applying project expenditures after the project finished, we held 1 explanation sessions about doing annual project expenditures in March 2021. In addition, during the implementation of this plan, in order to enhance administrative efficiency, a special person was assigned, that is at least 4 days a week to EPA （Environmental Protection Administration）, is responsible for project expenditures application and closure...Etc. And we also completed application annue expenditure about all characteristic plans of environmental education with 15 subsidized civil organizations and universities and 6 the central government units. 2.Through inspections of the status of environmental education activities conducted by 15 subsidized units, to make sure them fulfill plan jobs, and achieved the target and expected benefits of the subsidy plan. 3.On September 6, 2021, we invited judges to hold a meeting to discusse about score calculation from performance report written and presentation at achievements publication meeting, the standards of distinguished award winners...etc. includes all scoring principles and standards in the achievements publication meeting. On October 14, 2021, we invited civil organizations and universities to hold a meeting to announce the deadline for uploading results report and explain the handling ways and atters needing attention of plan achievement meeting. On November 27, 2021, a total of 160 people attended achievement meeting of the environmental education fund which was held in international conference center of CHANG YUNG-FA foundation. And all Civil organizations and universities are subsidized by EPA must presented their annual plan implementation results via live display.Finally, there are 5 special excellence awards and 8 excellence awards are chosen as distinguished award winners by judges voting, and the winners were awarded at the awarding ceremony. | ||
