109年度雲林縣空氣品質淨化區維護管理及社區生態綠化推廣計畫(擴充6個月)
| 中文摘要 | 本計畫主要工作內容包含雲林縣空氣品質淨化區維護管理、環境綠化推廣，裸露地調查，綠美化公有地宣傳等四大項目。空氣品質淨化區環保署補助65處，環保局補助14處，合計79處，總計面積達65.2公頃，道路綠化達18.9公里。 本計畫執行期程為110年07月27日起至111年01月26日止，查核空氣品質淨化區79處，符合契約標準，查核及考評均有照片、紀錄為憑；辦理年終評鑑考核作業，共計8處淨化區基地獲獎，並頒發獎牌及禮卷；辦理空氣品質淨化區常見植物病蟲害解析說明會1場次。 於111年01月17日環保署舉辦空氣品質淨化區認養績優單位頒獎典禮，二崙鄉崙西社區發展協會及虎尾鎮西屯社區發展協會皆獲選特殊貢獻獎，並由環保局至現場表揚，並頒發感謝狀與獎勵金。 環境綠化推廣說明會2場次並結合雲林縣內大型活動、校園綠化示範活動1場次，總計參與人數達479人次。 一般裸露地清查作業共調查123處次，巡查面積約21.2公頃；執行測站周邊五公里範圍裸露地清查共67處，清查面積約13.9公頃；針對空氣品質不良期間執行灑水作業，共執行103處次，面積8.9公頃；完成10處次裸露地改善作業，整改善面積8.6公頃；完成農地休耕綠肥推廣改善面積21.9公頃。 | ||

Maintenance and Management of Air Quality Purification Areas and Promotion Project for Eco-Greening Communities in Yunlin County in 2020 (the subsequent extension for six months)
| 英文摘要 | The contents of this project include the following four major categories: the appraisal and management of the air quality purification area in Yunlin County, sponsoring the promotion of environmental greening, surveys of bare lands, and publicity of greening of public lands. In total, 65 air quality purification area sites are subsidized in this county by the Environmental Protection Administration, and 14 sites are subsidized by the Environmental Protection Bureau, for a grand total of 79 sites. Altogether, the total area measures 65.2 hectares, with the length of green road as long as 18.9 kilometers. The implementation period runs from July 2021 to January 2022, during which time a total of 79 air quality purification areas will have been checked and assessed, thus meeting the contract objectives. Furthermore, photos and records will serve as evidence for the inspection and assessment. For the year-end evaluation and appraisal, eight air quality purification areas have been decorated with awards, and the presentation of medals and gift certificates have been arranged. A briefing session on the analysis of common plant diseases and pests in the air quality purification area was held to improve maintenance personnel’s knowledge about basic identification of plant diseases and pests. On January 17, 2020, the Environmental Protection Administration held an awards ceremony for the outstanding adoption authority of the air quality purification area. Lunxi Community of Erlun Township and Xitun Community of Huwei Township won the Special Contribution Award. In addition to being honored with these awards, Environmental Protection bureau then arranged public commendation and presented certificates of appreciation and award money. During the promotion-related operations for environmental greening, two promotional briefing sessions were held (combined with large-scale events in Yunlin County) and campus greening demonstration activities, for a total of 479 participants. The checking operation of bare lands was implemented, and a total of 123 inspections were conducted over an area of 21.2hectares. The checking operation was carried out over the bare lands within the 5-km periphery of the monitoring station, with a total of 67 inspections conducted over 13.9 hectares. To handle the contingency operation of unfavorable air quality, a total of 103 sprayings were carried out, and the size of the area completed through this task reached 8.9 hectares. Furthermore, improvement operations at 10 sites of sub-bare lands were furnished, and the overall improvement area has reached 8.6 hectares. In the end, fallow and green manure promotion operations were conducted and furnished at the farmland, with an overall application area of 21.9 hectares. | ||
