Environmental Professionals Training Institute, Environmental Protection Administration, Executive Yuan handles all kinds of environmental guarantee license issuance and management business, including system planning and management, testing,certificate issuance and management, and course implementation, etc. The specialized personnel training course entrusts the assistance of training institutions. Considering that the training institution is the core business of the Ring Guarantee System. From enrollment, faculty, courses, opening of classes, counseling, and testing, all depends on the complete planning and execution of the training organization. Therefore, a third-party impartial inspection and suggestions are introduced to strengthen the evaluation mechanism of training institutions, and urge training institutions to pay attention to service quality and training content. Through review and counseling, the goal of improving training institutions is achieved.
The plan to collect and analyze the evaluation mechanism of the three domestic ministries. By handling consultation meetings, 3 trial evaluation meetings, and 1 trial evaluation review meeting, a draft evaluation plan for environmental protection and lighting training institutions was developed, including evaluation indicators, self-evaluation tables, and evaluation manuals (including committee members, Training institutions, staff), etc. Evaluation indicators are divided into two categories: professional indicators and general indicators, which are further subdivided into five major categories:teachers, teaching, space and hardware equipment, training administration, and other indicators of the assessed institution. To cooperate with the telephone courtesy test of the training institution and the content of the student satisfaction survey, and conduct the service quality evaluation of the training institution.
