廢電器物品回收稀土之分離與純化技術

中文摘要 本計畫取樣分析我國廢電器物品(冷氣機壓縮機)之永磁體成分,並研發稀土永磁體所含輕稀土與重稀土之溶劑萃取分離純化技術。已完成廢電器產品所含稀土永磁磁鐵之拆解、消磁與粉碎前處理、氧化焙燒使形成不溶性氧化鐵、鹽酸浸漬酸溶後以溶劑萃取分 離重稀土與輕稀土。重稀土反萃液及輕稀土萃餘液,分別以草酸沉澱及鍛燒,成功回收為重稀土氧化物及輕稀土氧化物。永磁體以400°C 加熱 30 分鐘消磁處理後粉碎至 100 目,成分檢測結果顯示所選取冷氣壓縮機馬達轉子為釹鐵硼稀土永磁磁鐵。以鐵氧化與鹽酸浸漬技術法回收,經最佳的800℃焙燒氧化鐵後,以90℃之鹽酸固液比1:4~1:20酸溶,經氫氧化鈉溶液調整pH 3.5,再持溫 50℃加熱30 分鐘,使殘留酸液中的氫氧化鐵膠凝沉澱並過濾去除雜金屬。過濾液調整pH 值至 4 以重稀土 3 倍莫耳劑量的 P507 即 1:1 的油水相體積比溶劑萃取分離重稀土與輕稀土。重稀土反萃液及輕稀土萃餘液, 分別以無水草酸添加量固液比 1:100,及控制 40℃沉澱液溫度,沉澱以850°C 鍛燒得產品重稀土氧化物及輕稀土氧化物。總稀土回收率91.5%,重稀土純度 96.9%,輕稀土純度 94.8%。

Rare earth separation and purification technology for waste electrical equipment

英文摘要 This project focus on the study and analysis of the permanent magnet components from waste electrical appliances (air-conditioner compressors), and the developments solvent extraction and purification technology for light rare earths and heavy rare earths contained in rare earth permanent magnets. The dismantling, demagnetization and smashing pre-treatment of the rare earth permanent magnets contained in waste electrical appliances have been completed, and the oxidation roasting to form insoluble iron oxide. After immersing in hydrochloric acid and acid-dissolving, the heavy rare earths and light rare earths are separated by solvent extraction. The heavy rare earth stripping solution and the light rare earth raffinate were precipitated and calcined with oxalic acid, respectively, and successfully recovered as heavy rare earth oxides and light rare earth oxides. The permanent magnet is heated at 400°C for 30 minutes and then demagnetized to 100 mesh. The composition test results show that the selected air- conditioning compressor motor rotor is a neodymium ironboron rare earth permanent magnet. It is recovered by iron oxidation and hydrochloric acid impregnation technology. After the iron oxide is roasted at 800℃, it is dissolved in acid with a hydrochloric acid solid-liquid ratio of 1:4 ~ 1:20 at 90℃. The pH is adjusted to 3.5 by sodium hydroxide solution. Keep the temperature at 50°C and heat for 30 minutes to make the ferric hydroxide in the residual acid solution gel and precipitate and filter to remove the miscellaneous metals. The pH value of the filtrate is adjusted to 4, and the heavy rare earth is 3 times the molar dose of P507, which is a 1:1 oil-water phase volume ratio solvent extraction and separation of heavy rare earths and light rare earths. The heavy rare earth stripping solution and the light rare earth raffinate are respectively added with anhydrous oxalic acid in a solid-to-liquid ratio of 1:100, and the temperature of the precipitation liquid is controlled at 40°C, and the precipitate is calcined at 850°C to obtain the products of heavy rare earth oxides and light rare earth oxides. Things. The total rare earth recovery rate is 91.5%, the purity of heavy rare earths is 96.9%, and the purity of light rare earths is 94.8%.
