宜蘭縣-110年度宜蘭縣得子口溪氨氮削減設施基本及細部設計計畫

中文摘要 得子口溪起源自雪山山脈烘爐地山流經宜蘭縣礁溪鄉、壯圍鄉與頭城鎮;主河道部分,依據環保署水質監測站歷年監測結果,中下游河段屬中度污染等級,原因可能為上游流域內之市區生活污水、畜牧廢水、事業廢水等污染源,經由各支流或排水路進入主流所致,也針對水中氨氮濃度過高問題,進而消耗水中溶氧導致水質惡化、水中生物死亡及水體產生惡臭等問題,導致民眾觀感不佳問題存在。 故本計畫針對得子口溪上游部分執行氨氮削減設施計畫,透過得子口溪上游水排放污染源調查結果,在上游嚴重污染之關鍵河段(李寶興排水包含使用畜牧專管之畜牧業及三民五中排之水路),進行氨氮削減設施計畫,透過設施淨水處理進而降低水中氨氮濃度再匯入其主流,以永續水質的目標下,持續削減水中污染量及氨氮消減,以協助後續工程推動,減少氨氮排放水體之污染總量。

英文摘要 The Dezikou Stream originated from the Hengludi Mountain of the Snow Mountains and flows through Jiaoxi Township, Zhuangwei Township, and Toucheng Township in Yilan County; the main river channel is of moderate pollution level according to the monitoring results of the Water Quality Monitoring Station of the Environmental Protection Agency over the years. The cause may be caused by pollution sources such as urban domestic sewage, livestock wastewater, and business wastewater in the upstream basin that enter the mainstream through various tributaries or drainage channels. It also addresses the problem of excessively high ammonia nitrogen concentration in the water, which consumes dissolved oxygen in the water and deteriorates water quality. Problems such as the death of aquatic organisms and the generation of foul smells in the water body have caused the problem of poor perception among the people. Therefore, this plan implements the ammonia nitrogen reduction facility plan for the upper part of Dezikou Creek.
