The time frame of this project starts from February 10, 2021 to December 3, 2021, and the overall completion rate of projects works reaches 100% Achievements of the project include: (1) The 2021 achievements report on the promotion of the greenhouse gas reduction management strategy as well as and the revision of the Action Plans of Changhua County’s Greenhouse Gas (GHG) control are completed; (2) 1 technical consultation and rating review meeting and 2 inter-bureau consultation meetings were executed; (3) 1 educational and training activity and 1 visiting and learning meeting were performed with 64 and 88 participants from 30 village communities respectively; (4) 369 pieces of gift were purchased and distributed to those who joined these events; (5) Regarding the work of Low Carbon Home-town certification, 63 villages were assisted to attend this event to win 6 village certification points including 4 points obtained from 4 villages certified with Bronze grade and 2 points obtained from 1 village certified with Silver grade; (6) 10 villages were transformed into Low Carbon Home-towns under the guidance of one expert; (7) 10 villages have implemented the "green energy saving" action, 2 villages have implemented the "Green and Cooling Buildings" action and 4 villages have implemented the " Adaptive Rainwater harvesting" action; (8) 14 on-site survey sites surveys for Low Carbon Home-towns were completed and the result has been reported to Environmental Protection Agency; (9) 30 cases of GHG inventory and registration were completed on-site assisted with one expert.
