混合廢標籤資源化與多元應用之研究

中文摘要 針對廢標籤處理創新研發技術包括(1)製磚(2)去色/脫色技術(3)脫水/提純(4)廢標籤分選再製塑膠二次料技術(5)高分子摻合改質(6)黏度/韌度調製,不僅(1)減少回收廠廢標籤代處理的高額處理成本,(2)減少廢標籤需暫存廠內的土地空間成本,(3)提供廢標籤資源化加值應用(PET二次料等)的解決方案,協助業者廢標籤減容減量,並降低清除處理費用。多次取樣分析廢標籤材質與比例為(PET(>95%)、OPS(<1%)、PVC(<1%)),材質仍以APET(amorphous PET,不定型聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯的聚酯)塑料為大宗。分析結果為固有黏度 0.75~ 0.80、水份0.4%、假比重0.2+0.05 g/cm3、PVC含量300 ppm、金屬10 ppm、懸浮固體(如PE、PP、Glue)50 ppm、總雜質500 ppm、厚度1.0mm-2.5mm。調整氯化鈣溶液的密度介於1.05至1.20g/cm3,利用密度差異性分選技術:(1)因廢標籤材質上之密度間隔較大,易可分上層與下層,(2)下沉物為PET與PVC,上浮物為OPS等雜質,(3)廢標籤分選處理流程規劃為a.廢標籤分批投料進水洗槽清洗,b.分選比重槽(分層,上浮物(<5%雜質)與下沉物(>95%PET材質)),c.分離去除雜質,保留95%PET進入脫色處理。關於(4)脫色處理流程規劃為a.將PET廢標籤分批投入乙酸乙酯的超音波震盪槽,b.水洗,c.過濾(固液分離),d.乾燥等步驟,有效分離回收PET二次料。脫色實驗結果僅約30秒即可達成印刷層脫落塑膠層,且藥劑可重複多次脫色,最終目的為量產實廠化。並完成後端多元產品應用包括(1)SRF(固態再生燃料)、(2)APET塑木複合材料(3) APET發泡產品(4)PET打包帶(5)抗靜電複合材料之開發。

Research on Resourciziation and Multiple Applications of Mixed Waste Labels

英文摘要 This project is aimed at innovative research and development technology for waste label processing (1) absorption of bricks (2) decolorization technology (3) dehydration/purification (4) waste label sorting and remaking plastic secondary material technology (5) polymer blending Modification (6) viscosity/toughness modulation, not only (1) reducing the high processing cost of waste label processing by the processing plant, but also (2) reducing the space cost of temporary storage of waste labels in the plant if the incinerator is shut down for maintenance , and additionally (3) Provide solutions for value-added applications of waste label recycling (activated carbon, plastic secondary materials, etc.) to assist processing companies in reducing the volume and volume of waste labels, greatly reducing volume and weight, and reducing removal and disposal costs. The results showed that the analysis results were inherent viscosity 0.75~0.80, moisture content 0.4%, false specific gravity 0.2+0.05 g/cm3, PVC content 300 ppm, metal 10 ppm, suspended solids (such as PE, PP, Glue) 50 ppm, total impurities ( Including items 4~6 and other impurities) 500 ppm, thickness 1.0mm-2.5mm. Adjust the density of the calcium chloride (CaCl2) solution to be between 1.05 and 1.20g/cm3, using the density difference sorting technology included: (1) As the density interval on the waste label material is large, it is easy to separate the upper layer and the lower layer, (2) Sinking the material is PET and PVC, and the floating material is impurities such as OPS. (3) The waste label sorting process is a. Waste labels are fed into the washing tank in batches for cleaning. b. The sorting specific gravity tank (layered, floating material (< 5% impurity) and sinking material (>95% APET, amorphous PET material)). c. Separating and removing impurities, retain 95% PET, then enter decolorization treatment process. About the decolorization process is distinguished as a. waste PET labels into the ultrasonic vibration tank with ethyl acetate (C4H8O2). b. Washing. c. Filter (solid-liquid separation), 4. Dry and recycle PET secondary materials. The result of the decolorization experiment is only in 30 seconds to achieve the printing layer peeling off the plastic layer, and the agent can be decolorized many times. The final goal is mass production. The applications including (1) SRF (Solid Recovered fuel) (2) APET wood-plastic composite material (3) APET foam products (4) PET strapping (5) A-PET antistatic composite materials.
