110年度嘉義縣縣政特區環保外送服務試辦計畫

中文摘要 為鼓勵民眾響應環保理念,與本縣縣治特區餐飲業者合作辦理「環保外送」活動,輔導25家業者使用環保餐盒,提供機關開會時使用可重複使用材質飲料杯或餐具外送服務,並定期彙整業者名單供各局處訂餐,以有效減少免洗餐具使用量,宣導環境保護之重要性也可達到做環保之用意,進而提倡使用環保餐盒愛護環境之理念,進而邁向「垃圾零廢棄、資源全回收」目標。 為推廣一次性產品源頭減量活動,於活動前宣導期發布環保外送訂購懶人包供局處人員了解訂餐流程,並於局內設置環保外送餐具回收點,供用餐完畢後進行統一回收與送洗,與配合店家設計專屬環保外送活動菜單進行前置宣導。依合約規定完成進度,截至111年5月27日為止,共執行5個月,符合工作進度,各項工作執行成果摘要如下: 一、 結合餐飲業者辦理環保餐具外送服務計畫 媒合餐飲業者推動環保外送服試辦計畫,已新增本縣太子商圈餐飲業者共25家,延續去年10家,截至目前總計35家餐飲業者配合辦理,提供民眾或機關開會時使用可重複使用材質餐具外送服務,並定期彙整業者名單供各局處訂餐,以有效減少免洗餐具使用量。 本計畫團隊與太子商圈內共35家餐飲業者配合辦理餐具租賃計畫,自110年度統計使用2,209份環保外送餐盒,111年起新增配合環保外送服務之餐飲業者,截至報告書統計日止5月27日,共計使用2,884份環保外送餐盒。紙餐具使用量明顯下降,達到一次性紙餐具減量成效。 除原設置1處,為使增加方便性,於今年度新增設1處環保外送餐具歸還站,增設地點須定點設置並定期維護。 二、 針對餐飲業者及公部門辦理宣導說明會 辦理嘉義縣環保局禁用一次性餐盒及包裝飲用水暨環保外送計畫說明會,配合環保局內禁用一次性餐盒及包裝飲用水試行計畫推行,並宣導環保外送計畫目的,一場次針對環保外送餐飲業者,另一場次則為環保局全體同仁參與,共辦理2場次,共計93人參與。  三、 拍攝宣導影片(或辦理實體線上之宣導活動) 辦理拍攝宣導影片推廣環保餐具外送模式及執行現況,並製作「環保外送店家」標章,藉由環保局認證為配合減量政策之優良店家,民眾如自備餐具外帶餐點,店家自行決定給予加量或折價之優惠。

County Government District Eco-friendly delivery Service Pilot Implementation Project in Chiayi County for 2022

英文摘要 To encourage the public to respond to environmental protection concepts, the local government has collaborated with 25 local restaurants in the county to promote an "environmental delivery" activity. The restaurants were assisted in using environmentally-friendly food containers, and providing reusable cups and utensils for meetings and other events. The list of participating restaurants is periodically updated for government agency use, which effectively reduces the use of disposable utensils, promotes the importance of environmental protection, and encourages the use of environmentally-friendly food containers. The goal is to eventually achieve zero waste and full resource recovery. To promote the reduction of disposable products, an environmental delivery ordering guide was provided before the event to help government agency staff understand the ordering process. Recycling points were also set up within the agency for collection and cleaning of used utensils after meals. A dedicated environmental delivery menu was also created in collaboration with the restaurants for promotional purposes. The project was completed on schedule, and as of May 27, 2022, it had been executed for 5 months. The summary of the project's achievements is as follows:" The program of combining restaurants and providing environmental delivery services has been launched. By matching with local restaurants, a total of 25 additional restaurants in the county's Taizi commercial district have joined the program. In addition to the 10 restaurants from last year, there are now a total of 35 participating restaurants. These restaurants provide reusable utensils for delivery services to the public and government agencies for meetings and other events. The list of participating restaurants is periodically updated for government agency use, which effectively reduces the use of disposable utensils. The team in charge of the program has partnered with 35 restaurants in the Taizi commercial district to implement a utensil rental program. As of 2021, the program has provided 2,209 reusable delivery boxes. Since 2022, the number of participating restaurants has increased, and as of May 27th, a total of 2,884 reusable delivery boxes have been used. The use of paper utensils has significantly decreased, achieving the goal of reducing single-use paper utensils. In addition to the original location, a new utensil return station has been set up this year to increase convenience. The new location is fixed and requires regular maintenance. The environmental protection bureau of Chiayi County held two briefing sessions to promote the ban on disposable food containers and bottled water as well as the environmental-friendly delivery program. The purpose of the sessions was to explain the goals of the environmental-friendly delivery program, and they were attended by a total of 93 people, including one session for the food and beverage industry and another for all staff of the bureau. These efforts were made in conjunction with the implementation of the trial ban on disposable food containers and bottled water within the bureau.
