110年優質公廁及美質環境推動計畫(經常門)-新北市
| 中文摘要 | 本計畫旨在提升新北市環境整潔，逐透過辦理相關整潔度與環境衛生推廣、重點教育訓練及管理政策研擬規劃等3面向實施。包含透過清淨家園考核、推動環境相關媒體宣導、辦理公廁評選提升公廁環境衛生及潔淨品質；辦理公廁清掃學習、登革熱病媒防治、菸蒂防治等環境衛生教育活動提升民眾對於環境友善與意識；辦理重點教育訓練，教育民眾戒除嚼食檳榔、勿隨地棄置檳榔渣(汁)等；以及針對清潔隊員噴藥教育訓練，清除環境病孳生源才是防治病蟲害最有效方式；亦針對調查與分析方法，海廢調查及短中長程規劃推動公民營單位認養海岸線淨灘等策略，協助相關環保政策推動與建議未來執行方向，供新北市政府參考。 | ||

New Taipei City Quality Public Toilets and Beautiful Environment to promote the project management plan in 2021
| 英文摘要 | The Project aims to promote tidiness and environmental sanitation and focus on education and training, as well as on management policies to gradually improve environmental tidiness in New Taipei City. To promote citizens' awareness and actions regarding maintaining tidiness in the environment, we have used media to deliver related information on environmental tidiness to help the public fully understand information related to environmental tidiness. We organized neighborhood tidiness evaluation projects and used environmental tidiness evaluations to improve indoor and outdoor tidiness in communities. We organized 2 session of public toilet cleaning course 2 session of dengue fever vector control, and one session of advocacy activities about abandoned cigarette to increase public awareness of environmental protection and environmental sanitation. There are 92 public restrooms participate Public Restroom Quality Award in 2021, expect to improve the environmental sanitation and tidiness of public restrooms in the City. Key education programs included 6 sessions of areca catechu quitting education that instructed people subject to penalties to quit areca catechu and refrain from leaving areca catechu residues (juice) on the ground. We also organized 2 sessions of chemical agent spray education to train members of cleaning units on correct concepts and methods for spraying chemical agents, and the correct methods for implementing disease and pest control. We integrated seasonal marine debris surveys into management policies and integrated public and private institutions to take charge of the tidiness of specific coastlines. | ||
