110年桃園市大漢溪流 域綠色生物技術非點源污染削減示範計畫

中文摘要 本計畫主要於大漢溪流域進行綠色防治技術應用之農業非點 源污染控制現地試驗,並進行土壤、入滲水及逕流水之採樣與檢 測分析,以掌握農業活動使用之肥料流入環境中的狀況,及評估 污染控制成效。由試驗結果可知,應用綠色防治技術如生物炭、 生物菌劑、生物性肥料及緩效性肥料,可提升作物營養鹽吸收率, 減少水體營養鹽流失,達肥料減量使用並能維持作物產量與品質, 然需因技術功能及農地土壤肥力狀況等,適度調整耕作及技術應 用方式。本計畫也完成辦理 2 場綠色防治技術應用培訓班及 19 場次現地技術指導,並印製技術推廣文宣,期培植在地農民應用 綠色防治 技術之能力與經驗,自源頭落實合理化施肥與污染減量, 達環境保護與永續利用之最終標的。

110 year Green Biological Control Technology of Agricultural Non point Source Pollution On site Experimental Demonstration Project in Dahan River Basin

英文摘要 Agricultural non-point source pollution control field tests applying green control technologies in Dahan River Basin were operated in this project, and the quality of soil, runoff water and infiltration water were sampled and analyzed during the field tests for assessing the distribution of fertilizers in environment and the application effects of green control technology. Applying biochar, biological agents, microbial fertilizers and slow release fertilizers, nutrient absorption ratio of crops was increased and further nutrient mass in infiltration water and runoff water was reduced. However, it was necessary to appropriately adjust farming and technology application methods based on functions of technology and soil fertility conditions of farmland. Moreover, two technical training, nineteen on site technical direction, and the design of promotion poster were also finished in order to cultivate the ability and experience of applying green control technologie s locally. Judicious use of fertilizers and pollution reduction at the source were implemented to achieve the goal of environmental protection and implemented to achieve the goal of environmental protection and sustainable use.sustainable use.
