110年度雲林縣有害空氣污染物監測車操作維護及指紋鑑定計畫

中文摘要 本計畫監測車共涵蓋100個監測項目,包含NIEA A715所適用之87種揮發性有機物,二氧化硫、氮氧化物、二氧化氮、一氧化氮、一氧化碳、臭氧及懸浮微粒等7項一般空品測項,氨氣及總還原性硫等2項異味測項,風向、風速、溫度及濕度等4項氣象資料。 計畫期間維持各項儀器設備正常運轉,並進行品保品管作業及數據合理性查核作業,其品保品管及查核結果皆符合相關規範及標準,確保數據品質及可信度。 監測地點依盛行風向、周圍環境、民眾陳情、機關需求等進行調動,計畫期間共調動6次,110年4月28日從斗南義和聖母宮移動至中區環境事故麥寮隊,5月28日移動至第四岸巡四二中隊,7月16日移動至斗六石榴國中,8月16日移動至斗六德蓮生技,11月3日移動至斗南田徑場,11月8日移動至斗南義和聖母宮。 監測結果摘要如後,離島工業區以二氧化硫、丙烷、異戊烷、苯、苯乙烯、1,3-丁二烯等為主要物種,主要受離島工業區影響;斗六工業區以丙酮、2-丁酮、甲醇等溶劑類為主要物種,非單一主要來源;斗南鎮以甲醇、丙烷、甲苯、丙酮、異戊烷等為主要物種,主要來源可能為西北方的工廠及移動源。 指紋鑑定成果包含辦理指紋資料建置審查,確認指紋比對方式,繪製離島工業區的指紋地圖,另計畫期間接獲其他計畫或機關所採樣的樣品,配合以TD-GC/MS執行揮發性有機物即時分析,共45樣次,同時建立斗六工業區的初步指紋資料。

Operation and Maintenance of Hazardous Air Pollutant Monitoring Vehicle and Pollutant Identification Program in Yunlin County in 2021

英文摘要 The monitoring vehicle covers a total of 100 monitoring items, including 87 VOCS (appropriated by NIEA A715.15B), 7 air quality pollutants (sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, nitrogen dioxide, nitrogen monoxide, carbon monoxide, ozone and particle matter), 2 odor pollutants (ammonia and total reduced sulfur), and 4 weather data (wind speed, wind direction, temperature, and humidity). During the project period, we maintain the normal operation of all instruments and equipment, conduct quality assurance and quality control operations and data reasonableness checks, and ensure that the results of quality assurance and quality control are in accordance with the relevant norms and standards. We also ensure the quality and reliability of the data. The monitoring sites were moved six times during the project period, from Dounan Yihe Mazu Temple to Central District Environmental Mailiao Team ,Emergency Response Team, Environmental Protection Administration on April 28, 2021, to the 4th Coastal Patrol 42nd Squadron on May 28, to Douliu Shiliu Junior High School on July 16, to Douliu Derlian Biotech Corp. on August 16, to Dounan Stadium, Yunlin County on November 3, to Dounan Yihe Mazu Temple on November 8. The monitoring results are summarized as follows: Yunlin Offshore Industrial Park with sulfur dioxide, propane, isopentane, benzene, styrene, 1,3-butadiene, etc. as the main species, mainly affected by Yunlin Offshore Industrial Park; Douliu Industrial Park with acetone, 2-butanone, methanol and other solvents as the main species, not a single major source; Dounan town with methanol, propane, toluene, acetone, isopentane, etc. as the main species, the main source may be the northwestern factories and mobile sources. The results of pollutant identification include fingerprint data creation review, confirmation of fingerprint matching methods, and fingerprint mapping of Yunlin Offshore Industrial Park. In addition, we received a total of 45 samples from other projects or institutions during the project period, we performed immediate analysis of volatile organic compounds by TD-GC/MS and preliminary fingerprint data was established for the Douliu Industrial Park as well.
