111年度桃園市固定污染源連續自動監測設施管制計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本計畫執行主要目標為落實本市大型固定污染源空氣污染物排放監控管理，以確保污染源排放情形得以掌握，以有效維護桃園市空氣品質。計畫執行期程自111/1/1至111/12/31止，共計12個月，連續自動監測設施污染管制工作及成果包括： (一) 上傳資料統計分析：本計畫建立每月月報審查制度，111年至11月各廠申報率及審查完成率皆100%。 (二) 有效監測率：統計已連線18廠36根煙道160個監測項目，111年Q1~Q3有效監測時數百分比平均為98.23%，皆符合各階段法規規範。 (三) 監測設施軟硬體檢測與分析： 1.已完成連線共計18廠36根次，軟/硬體查核共執行18廠36根次CEMS功能查核作業，輔導改善後符合率100%。 2.完成9根次RATA監督檢測與10根次稽查檢測，同步比對廠方執行RATA前後72小時平均值與檢測期間數據比對，均未大於或小於3倍標準偏差，無數據品質不良。 3.完成29根次標準氣體查核，查核結果皆符合法規值(≦15%)。 | ||

1111 Taoyuan City Stationary Pollution Source Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems control plan
| 英文摘要 | The main goal of the project is to implement the city's air pollutant emission monitoring management of high pollution potential and large stationary pollution sources, and carry out the inspection of air pollutants from stationary pollution sources to maintain the air quality in Taoyuan City effectively. The execution period of the plan is from 2022.1.1 to 2022.12.31, totaling 12 months. Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems control: (1) Statistical analysis of uploaded data: This plan establishes a monthly review system for monthly reports. Statistics to 2022.11.30, the reporting rate and the initial review completion rate of each factory are both 100%. (2) Effective monitoring rate: According to statistics, there are 160monitoring projects connected to 36 pipes in 18 factories, and the average effective monitoring times in 2022Q1~Q3 are 98.23%, Comply with regulations and specifications at all stages. (3) Software and hardware inspection and analysis of monitoring system: Connected to 36 pipes in 18 factories, the software/hardware check has performed a total of 18 factories and 36 pipes of CEMS function inspection operations, with a pass rate of 100%, and 9 pipes have been completed RATA supervised testing and 10 pipes inspection operation, synchronous comparison of the factory's 72-hour average before and after the implementation of RATA with the data during the testing period, none of which was greater than or less than 3 times the standard deviation, and no data quality was poor.
