111年度精進一般廢棄物採樣方法及推動垃圾定點收集優化專案工作計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本計畫為協助「一般廢棄物(垃圾)採樣方法」進行修正，評析現行採樣方法之適用性，並比較國內外垃圾性質，彙整適合國內垃圾採樣分析之參考方法，透過3場次專家學者會議及3場次縣市環保局座談會，彙整各界建議意見後，提出採樣方法修正建議。 而為瞭解偏遠地區垃圾清運經費資源現況，蒐集我國88處偏遠鄉鎮垃圾清運預決算資料，並與垃圾收運現況及垃圾棄置熱點位置進行分析比較，進而擬定清運服務績效指標，並提出偏遠地區垃圾清運優化策略，鼓勵逐步解決垃圾不法棄置問題。 此外，本計畫也完成新竹縣尖石鄉、南投縣信義鄉及嘉義縣阿里山鄉等3處垃圾集中收運定點示範點設置，並進行設置後追蹤輔導工作，提出優化精進建議，其成果可供其他鄉鎮參考。 | ||

111 Annual Improvement of General Waste Sampling Methods and Promotion of the Project Work Plan for the Optimization of Fixed-point Collection of Waste
| 英文摘要 | In order to assist in the revision of "General Waste (Garbage) Sampling Methods", this project evaluates the applicability of current sampling methods, compares the properties of domestic and foreign garbage, and compiles reference methods suitable for domestic garbage sampling and analysis. 3 symposiums of county and city environmental protection bureaus, after compiling suggestions from all walks of life, put forward suggestions for sampling method amendments. In order to understand the current situation of waste removal and transportation funding resources in remote areas, the budget and final accounting data of waste removal and transportation in 88 remote towns and villages in my country were collected, and analyzed and compared with the current situation of garbage collection and transportation and the hotspot locations of waste disposal, and then the performance indicators of removal and transportation services were drawn up and proposed. The optimization strategy of garbage removal and transportation in remote areas encourages the gradual solution of the problem of illegal disposal of garbage. In addition, this project has also completed the setting of 3 designated demonstration sites for centralized garbage collection and transportation, including Jianshi Township in Hsinchu County, Xinyi Township in Nantou County, and Alishan Township in Chiayi County.
