This project continues the achievements of the years 2021-2022, based on the Smart Government Action Plan and the strategic direction of the National Land Spatial Information Strategy Promotion Group (NGIS 2.0), integrating common geographic information platforms (including the Environmental Map Information Integration Application Platform and the Environmental Geographic Information Service Platform), optimizing account authority control mechanisms and review management procedures, and establishing map data automation maintenance and metadata management mechanisms. In terms of the Environmental Geographic Information Map Platform, it expands layer management control, batch location query, adds multi-period Semtinel2 satellite images, visual theme tools, spatial analysis tools, etc., newly builds a 3D map platform, with general measurement, terrain analysis, sunlight simulation and other special features, expanding and enhancing the depth and breadth of applications by various business units of the Ministry of Environment.
In terms of map data sharing collaboration and data standard related promotion, interviews have been conducted for business units, using the Environmental Energy Assessment Platform in Kentucky, USA as an example for case analysis and suggestions for expanding map data application and promotion mechanisms, and assisting the Ministry of Environment in drafting a new phase of cross-ministerial national land information promotion mechanism; in terms of training and promotion, a total of 6 basic, application and advanced courses have been completed, and map data promotion meetings have been held, incorporating interview results into subsequent optimization references.
In terms of maintenance, regular maintenance is carried out every week to maintain normal system operation, and stress tests, backup drills and system and website vulnerability scans for each period are completed. In addition, in line with the upgrade of the Ministry of Environment, the upgrade of the operating environment of each host and the change of domain name have been completed, following the relevant system information security regulations within the Ministry.
