This project which included analysis of license management system, policy improvement, draft regulations amendment, local government license review system, local government technical evaluation system, establishing technical database and license review guidelines, tracking the implementation of management measures, proposing improvement plan and resource recycling policy and improving program effectiveness and quality with governance demands was carried out from February 10th, 2022 to December 10th, 2022. This project had reached as below:
1. This project had completed the collection and compilation of management, reporting and testing systems for various types of clearance and disposal organizations. The policy improvements and regulation amendments are also proposed by this project.
2. This project had established treatment technical database of sludge (heat treatment), incineration, and printed circuit board (physical treatment). The applications/extensions status of clearance and disposal organizations are also tracked each quarter and the review opinions of 16 sludge disposal organizations are also proposed.
3. This project had completed 30 visits, regulatory review and giving advice to the waste clearance and disposal organizations, and 20 examinations of recycled products are also completed. This project had also checked facility function, tracked recycled products end-site and analyzed resource recycling policy of waste disposal organizations.
4. For new revised regulations and governance requirement, the Waste Clearance and Disposal Information System (WCDS) is maintained and updated. This project had also hold publicity meetings for regulations, system operation, and expert advice. For improving the effectiveness and quality of this project, special assistant had also assigned for the administrative works by the project.
