111年補助應回廢棄物回收處理創新及研究發展計畫-LED廢照明光源塑膠燈罩處理技術開發
中文摘要 | LED照明光源,相對於傳統光源更加環保且耗電量更少,近年來其使用量正逐年增長。使用後廢棄的LED照明光源的數量也逐年上升中。因此,開發適當之回收處理策略與再利用技術,已是國際間共同努力的目標。 自民國 107年起我國已開始回收處理LED廢照明光源,目前國內已有處理廠投入該回收處理作業。然而處理廠回收料中的廢塑膠目前去化不易,以致回收處理成本仍偏高,也影響其他業著投入回收處理的意願。 本計畫目前已完成(a). 噸級LED廢照明光源之廢塑膠燈罩的拆解驗證與檢測分析,(b). 廢燈罩再生粒料的優化試驗, (c). 廢燈罩再生塑膠粒料優化技術小批試驗量產之實場驗證乙場,(d). 廢燈罩高值再利用雛型產品試製乙件,(e). 廢燈罩高值再利用產品之實場驗證乙場,以及(f). 廢燈罩資源循環產業鏈結的推動等。期望藉由本研究計畫,能提升國內LED照明光源廢塑膠燈罩再利用管道的多元性及其應用價值。 | ||

Development and verification of recycling technology for plastic lampshades of waste LED lighting sources
英文摘要 | Compared with traditional illumination light sources, LED lighting sources are more environmentally friendly and consume less power. In recent years, their usage is increasing year by year. Therefore, the development of appropriate recycling and treatment strategies as well as reuse technologies has become the same goal of international countries. In Taiwan, the waste LED lighting sources begin to be recycled from 2018. Currently, there are few companies is engaged in recycling of waste LED lighting sources. However, in recycling companies, it is still difficult and costly to process the recycled plastics, resulting in the decrease of the willingness of domestic companies to engage in recycling of waste LED plastics. We have completed the followings in this project, (a). Dismantling verification and testing analysis of waste plastic lampshade from ton-level LED waste lighting source, (b). Optimization test of recycled pellets from waste lampshade, (c). Field verification to the optimization technology of recycling plastic pellet waste lampshade by small batch mass production test, (d). Trial manufacturing of a prototype product for high value reuse of waste lampshade, (e). Carry through a field verification to verify the high-value product made of waste lampshades, and (f). Promotion of the recycling industry chain associated to the waste lampshade resource, etc. Through this research project, we expect to improve the recycling value of domestic LED waste plastic lampshade, and to diversify their application domain. | ||
