This plan is to search and study the strategies and practices of introducing energy technology into international residential and commercial buildings and the cases of ESCO model, evaluate Taiwan's strategies practices, feasibility and related supporting measures to promote low-carbonization of residential and commercial buildings, reuse of building low-carbonization related strategies, introducing energy service models to commercial buildings, Completion of 1 domestic residential and commercial low-carbon building strategy proposal and specific strategy evaluation report ,evaluation, diagnosis and follow-up through village community ESCO model,Completed 1 a tracking report on the implementation of low-carbon improvement in 30 villages and communities, a report on the continuous tracking, Complete 1 a report on the results of continuous tracking and counseling in 3 demonstration fields with potential and 1 report on the evaluation and diagnosis of energy service models in 10 villages and communities, completion of an assessment of the near-zero emission potential of 1 public sector building, and proposed the building's approach towards the goal of a near-zero-carbon building.Submit the registration application after completing the validation of the exchange project for building energy-saving improvement in 2 cases,and handle 5 sessions of low-carbon action training for residential and commercial buildings and 5 sessions of low-carbon action promotion, and hold an expert consultation meeting,etc.Through mentoring to drive low-carbon building retrofits, assist the demonstration case site to strive for the amount of reduction and related publicity and promotion, training work, in order to facilitate the popularization of low-carbon actions, and then drive the community to adopt low-carbon life and create an atmosphere of net zero emissions.
