111年度新竹市空氣污染陳情(含露天燃燒及紙錢減量)暨餐飲業稽查管制計畫

中文摘要 本年度設立陳情受理專線3線(支),且保持專線電話暢通,並指派專人即時接受及處理民眾陳情,111年度執行空氣污染陳情案件稽查845件次、巡查案件(含主動及複查)342件次及46件次的微型感測器告警巡查。以污染類別而言,餐飲油煙、露天燃燒及異味陳情案件分別為364、91、388件,並依據實際案件需求,辦理5家次空氣污染陳情案件專家學者現勘輔導,並完成6點次異味官能測定,以有效釐清異味來源問題;針對較特殊之陳情案件,已完成75件的訪談作業,民調滿意度為95.2%。 另協助推動本市境內社區大樓及廟宇配合紙錢集中措施,累計集中處理量650.7噸,並首度提供e化的24小時線上預約「免費借用紙錢集中桶及鞭炮機」之服務,以宣導民眾將普渡紙錢交付集中焚燒。

Hsinchu City Air Pollution Situation (including Open Burning and Paper Money Reduction) and Catering Industry Audit Control Plan,2022

英文摘要 This year set up 3 special lines (branches) for complaint acceptance, and kept the dedicated line unblocked, and assigned special personnel to immediately accept and handle public complaints. In 2011, 845 inspections of air pollution complaint cases were carried out, and 342 inspection cases (including voluntary and re-examinations) were carried out. And 46 micro-sensor alarm inspections. In terms of pollution categories, there were 364, 91, and 388 cases of cooking fumes, open-air burning, and odor complaints respectively.
