111年環境教育行動學習及講師人才徵選培訓專案工作計畫

中文摘要 本計畫目標為善用環境教育認證資源,連結環境議題及政策推廣,促進認證資源活絡及社會參與。本計畫執行成果包含辦理環境教育人員講師人才徵選,計75位講師入選,名單發布於環境教育人才庫網頁,提供社會各界運用;另針對上述講師群辦理培訓工作坊共3場次,以環保署「全民綠生活」政策作為主題,研發教案並發展教學工具包,透過工作坊培訓講師運用上述工具包進行教學,計79名講師參與;為推展環保政策,擴大社會參與,辦理環保署環境教育(綠生活)推廣課程,開放社會各界申請,同時建立講師群聯繫管道,協助課程預約媒合,計104位講師參與、完成439場次綠生活推廣,共29,026人參與,課程目標平均達成度達95.3%、學員平均滿意度達95.4%、預約申請平均滿意度達97.9%,顯示綠生活教學推廣效益及滿意度高。為持續推動環境教育認證,本計畫亦辦理環境教育人員服務現況及培訓需求問卷調查分析,完成兩式問卷調查,調查成果提供未來相關政策推動之依據;另為協助推展環境教育行動學習計畫,辦理111年補(捐)助計畫核銷說明會及成果分享會活動各1場次;為配合上述相關環保政策及活動宣傳,完成4則主題網路貼圖(文)。

Call for action and lecturer recruitment and training of the environmental education personnel project 2022

英文摘要 The goal of this project is to make good use of environmental education certification resources, link environmental issues with policy advocacy, and activate the certification resources and promote social participation. The results of this project include holding the lecturer recruitment of the environmental education personnel, a total of 75 lecturers have been selected, and the list have been posted on the website of environmental education talent pool. In addition, a total of 3 training workshops were held for the above lecturers, teaching plans and toolkits were developed with the theme of the EPA policy "Green Life for All", lecturers were trained to use the above teaching plans and toolkits through the workshops, a total of 75 lecturers participated the training. In order to promote environmental protection policies and expand social participation, the EPA Green Life course have been held for the public, the contact group of lecturers were also established for the course appointment. A total of 104 lecturers participated and completed 439 sessions of green life promotion, with a total of 29,026 people participating. The average achievement of course objectives reached 95.3%, the average satisfaction of participants reached 95.4%, and the average satisfaction of appointment applications reached 97.9%, showing the effectiveness of green life teaching promotion and high satisfaction. In order to continuously promote environmental education certification, this project also conducted a questionnaire survey and analysis on the current status of environmental education personnel services and training needs, and two-type questionnaires have been completed. The results of the survey provide the basis for future policy promotion. In order to assist in the promotion of the Call for Action project, the project closing meeting and the achievement sharing event were held. To promote the above-mentioned environmental protection policies and activities, 4 facebook posts were completed.
