111年臺中市餐飲業、環保祭祀、農廢露燃及室內空品管制宣導計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本計畫涵蓋餐飲業油煙管制、推動紙錢集中燃燒及源頭減量、露天燃燒管制作業及室內空氣品質管制作業等四大主題，另包含一項環境顯示裝置設置。本報告呈現截至112年05月23日止的成果。 在餐飲業油煙管制方面，本計畫分別針對列管場所辦法規符合度，另針對中小型餐飲業者加強查核輔導外，亦配合各局處辦理聯合稽查，已累計查核暨輔導餐飲業達601家次。 在環保祭祀推動方面，本計畫提倡民眾紙錢源頭減量，每年特定節日辦理淨爐祈福法會，今年設計及印製宣導海報推廣以功代金，讓民眾在尊重傳統宗教信仰及做公益的同時，兼顧環境保護效益。 在露天燃燒管制方面，本計畫輔以空拍機或科技執法等方式監督轄內露天燃燒情事外；針對農廢再利用措施，今年推出小農機具免費破碎便民服務，且透過補助益菌肥進行再利用措施，改變露天燃燒行為。 在室內空品管制方面，本計畫針對室內空品巡查已累計達186家次、計畫書查核累計達10家次、輔導公共場所加入自主管理標章達15家次，保障民眾健康。 此外，本計畫已在葫蘆墩公園建置環境生態顯示裝置，即時呈現環境品質資訊，除了提升民眾對環境品質意識之外，亦規劃作為政令宣導、成果展示之電子看板等功能。 | ||

The 2022 Taichung City Fugitive Emissions and Indoor air quality Control Project
| 英文摘要 | This project includes inspections of catering industry cooking emission control, promoting concentrated burning and source reduction of joss paper, inspections of open field burning of agricultural residues, inspections of IAQ control and installation of environmental display device. This report presents the progress until May 23, 2023. In the aspect of “ catering industry cooking emission control”, this plan focuses on the compliance of the regulations, and strengthens the audit and guidance for small-to-medium size catering companies. It also cooperates with various bureaus to conduct joint audits. A total of 601 times of audits and counseling have been conducted in the catering industry. In terms of promoting environmental protection in worship, this plan advocates the reduction of burning joss paper. Every year, there are specific festivals to hold a prayer ceremony for the purification of the incinerator. This year, posters are designed and printed to promote the use of merit instead of joss paper, so that the public can respect traditional religious beliefs and do public welfare at the same time when taking into account the benefits of environmental protection. In terms of open burning control, the plan is supplemented by aerial photography or technology law enforcement to supervise open burning in the jurisdiction; for the reuse of agricultural waste, a free crushing and convenient service with small agricultural machinery is launched this year. In terms of indoor air quality control, the plan has conducted 186 inspections of indoor air quality, and 15 independent management marks in public places to ensure public health. In addition, this project has built an environmental and ecological display device in Huludun Park to present environmental quality information in real time. In addition to raising public awareness of environmental quality, it is also planned to serve as an electronic signboard for decree publicity and achievement display. | ||
