廢輪胎橡膠瀝青混凝土製程節能減排之工廠實證及工地試鋪計畫
中文摘要 | 本研究以降低廢輪胎橡膠瀝青路面施工溫度至少 20℃為目標,以文獻探究聚焦、實驗室試拌評估、拌合廠試拌評估、實際路面試鋪、及綜合整理分析,導入適用於國內熱拌廠的溫拌技術,並經調校後應用在橡膠瀝青混凝土之拌製,預計將橡膠瀝青混凝土運至工地鋪築的溫度從 150℃降至130℃以下,並經實驗室與實際路面試鋪驗證,以期能達到橡膠瀝青製程節能減排之效益。在實驗室評估的結果顯示,與一般瀝青相比,橡膠瀝青的膨脹比較低且半縮期較短;橡膠瀝青越級配混合料採用機械發泡拌合時,不需要求高膨脹比及長半縮期,膨脹比 6 倍、半縮期 3 秒可在 135℃順利拌合均 勻;後續在 125℃測得壓實比為 1.20,判定為可以順利壓實,據此,選定橡膠瀝青混凝土的拌合溫度為 135℃,滾壓溫度為 125℃。在工廠試拌部份,驗證以現行專用拌合機產製的橡膠瀝青,經泵送至熱拌廠計量籃計量後,再經加裝的機械發泡管加水發泡後噴入拌合機內,可以順利產製溫拌橡膠瀝青混凝土, 將製程溫度降低 25℃。在實際路面試鋪方面,以選定的製程溫度在工廠試拌及工地試鋪的監測數據顯示,溫拌瀝青鋪面的壓實度符合現行規範的要求,平坦度則因施工鋪築較仔細而高於一般水準。 | ||

Demonstration of Energy Saving and Emission Reduction for Asphalt Pavements through Temperature Reduction on Trials in Mixing Plant and Paving Site
英文摘要 | This research aims to reduce construction temperature of asphalt rubber pavements by at least 20℃. It focuses on literature research, laboratory tests, plant production and paving site trials, in cope with comprehensive analysis on energy saving and emission reduction. The warm mix asphalt technologies are introduced in a hot mix plant, adjusted, and applied to the mixing of rubberized asphalt mix. It is expected that the temperature of the rubberized asphalt mix to be tr ansported to the paving site will drop from 150 °C to below 130 °C. The results of laboratory evaluation show that, compared with conventional asphalt, asphalt rubber has a lower expansion ratio and a shorter half-time; when gap-graded aggregate blend is mixed with mechanical foamed asphalt rubber, it is not necessary to obtain a high expansion ratio and long half-time, the expansion ratio is 6 times, and the half-time is 3 seconds, which can be completely coated at 135 °C; the subsequent compaction ratio measured at 125 °C is 1.20, which is judged to be able to be adequately compacted. The mixing temperature was 135°C, and the compaction temperature was 125°C. In the trial at the hot mixing plant, it is verified that the asphalt rubber produced by the current blending machine is pumped to the measuring basket of the hot mix plant for measurement, and then sprayed into the mixing machine after adding water and foaming through the installed mechanical foaming pipe. It can smoothly produce warm-asphalt rubber gap graded mix, and reduce the mixing temperature by 25℃. In terms of actual road paving test site, the monitoring data of trial mix at the factory and on site at the selected process temperature show that the compaction degree of the warm mix asphalt pavement meets the requirements of the current specifications, while the smoothness is higher due to the careful construction and paving. | ||
