111-113年度環境資料整合平臺功能擴增及維運案
| 中文摘要 | 本計畫透過環境專業、資訊系統及資料分析技術，為環境資料整合平臺的發展奠定穩固基礎，提供民眾及業務單位高品質、有效率、有感的資訊服務。 本計畫系統涵蓋：環境資源資料交換平臺、環境資源資料交換重構平臺、環境部環境資料開放平臺、資料服務管理，整體成效如以下所述： 1.整體營運與進度檢核：共辦理1場次領域標準-大氣、水質之說明會，辦理2場次環境資源資料交換重構平臺（New CDX平臺）操作說明會，辦理2場次開放資料說明會及辦理23場次工作會議。交付8次臉書圖卡宣傳資料，2篇環境或資訊領域女性楷模訪談。於111年度7月進行系統規劃，111年度9月進行系統設計，111年11月進行開發，112年度2月進行系統測試，112年7月進行平臺上線，113年5月10日繳交結案報告。 2.建置新環境資源資料交換平臺：環境資源資料交換重構平臺（New CDX平臺）。 3.系統效能提升：提升環境資源資料交換平臺、環境資源資料開放平臺的資料轉置與平臺服務效能。 4.環境資料標準訂定：依據環境部環境資料開放平臺資料基礎，訂定環境資料標準草案，並於政府資料標準平臺上架環境領域資料標準。 | ||

Operation and Maintenance Services for Environmental and Natural Resources Data integrated platform (111-113 Year)
| 英文摘要 | This project establishes a reliable foundation for the development of an environmental open-data integrated platform through expertise in environment, information systems, and data analysis technology.Provides to the public and business units high-quality, efficient, and effective information services. This project system includes Central Data Exchange platform(hereinafter referred to as CDX), New Central Data Exchange platform(hereinafter referred to as New CDX), Ministry of Environment Environmental Information Open Platform(hereinafter referred to as Data), Data as a Service platform (hereinafter referred to as DaaS). The integrated effects result as follows: 1.Overall operation and progression checkpoint: Established 1 conference of open-data quality and standard enhancement related to atmosphere and water quality. 2 operation briefings on the New CDX Platform. 2 seminars of open-data introduction, and 23 working meetings. Delivered Facebook picture card promotional materials 8 times and 2 interviews with female role models in the environment and information fields. Started system planning in July 2022, system designing in September 2022, project development began in November 2022, testing in February 2023, the platform was launched in July 2023, and submitted the final report on May 10, 2024. 2.Established a New CDX platform: New Central Data Exchange platform. 3.System improvement: Improved the data transposition efficiency between the CDX and the Data platform, and the service efficiency on both systems. 4.Established environmental data standard: Based on the Data platform, Developed draft environmental information standards, and listed the data standards on the government data standards platform. | ||
