111年全國環境樣品開口契約及空氣檢測品保稽核計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本計畫工作期程自民國111年04月19日起至民國111年12月31日止。本計畫目標包含下列四項，1. 彙整全國環境樣品檢測開口契約之採購及品項下單情形事宜、2. 辦理全國環境樣品檢測開口契約之立約環境檢驗測定機構相關採樣檢測工作或檢驗室檢測作業品質系統之查核、3. 執行環境檢驗測定機構空氣檢測類之空氣品質與排放管道自動監測儀之盲樣測試、4. 蒐集國內外涉及檢測領域之機關（構）之量測不確定度及檢測方法（容許）誤差值的資料、應用情況及配套措施。計畫共彙整147件開口契約，執行檢測室及採樣現場共50場次查核，NIEA A411、A413、A416及A417等方法共134場次的盲樣測試，本計畫提出排放管道、空品監測車、並輔以檢驗室查核項目，提出查核建議，提供環檢所作為未來施政管理之參考。 | ||

The audit plan of environmental sample opening contract and environmental analysis quality assurance in 2022
| 英文摘要 | This auditing was designed for data quality of air pollutant analysis from April 2022 to December 2022. The contents of project include integrating the procurement and item ordering of the environmental sample opening contract, auditing laboratory analysis methods and reports, performance test of blind samples and study and analyze the data, application and supporting measures of measurement uncertainty and detection method error value. Total of 147 opening contracts were integrated. 50 laboratory or sampling site analysis were audited individually. 134 performance tests of analysis method of NIEA A411, A413, A416 and A417 were also conducted by giving blind samples. Conference of members of Technical Assessment Committee was also accommodated to fulfill the goals of this project. Procedures of supervising project plans and suggestions for the future quality management are given for policy management of administrative authority. | ||
