Mobile pollution sources are one of the main reasons for the deterioration of air quality in urban areas, and they are also the focus of environmental protection and transportation authorities to strengthen control. Among them, the black smoke emitted by diesel vehicles is the most criticized by the public. In order to effectively control diesel vehicles, this plan not only continuously strengthens inspections and inspections, including roadside inspections/block inspections, station inspections, visual smoke detection inspections, and inspections and controls for parking, idling, and flameout inspections, but also through special control and education. A total of 734 self-management marks were issued.
