111年環境教育法相關法規、綱領、方案與成果提報行政支援專案工作計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本計畫主要協助環保署各項環境教育業務推動事宜，本年度依「環境教育法」編制110年國家行動方案執行成果報告，並透過國家環境教育審議會會議意見，修正相關內容，於111年6月30日前提送行政院核備及公開於網站上。另，本年度於「環境教育資訊系統」新增國家環境教育行動方案年度執行成果報告管理系統及地方政府環境教育基金運用情形線上填報功能，透過系統化作業，不僅提升管理便利性，同時能大幅減少人工彙整、檢視之行政成本。 111年由本計畫協助籌辦地方政府環境教育精進會議與策進會議，環保署藉此傳達未來施政目標，同時可深入瞭解地方政府過去執行的困難點，供日後政策或考評指標調整之參考。此外，本計畫亦完成2場次環境教育相關增能課程、1場次環境講習訓練、2場次志工訓練，以提升相關業務人員及志工的環境教育知能。 於提報作業上，依循過去輔導機制，協助全國7,112家提報單位完成年度環境教育執行成果提報作業，並配合地方政府說明會之辦理，提供專業講師授課服務；另，本年度於「環境教育終身學習網」新增個人學習資訊推薦功能，基於歷年累積會員學習歷程，以演算法方式產生推薦影片及活動清單供會員參閱，豐富化會員使用資源，亦有助於四小時提報業務之辦理。 | ||

2022 Work Plan for Administrative Support for The Regulations, Guidelines, Programs, and Results Reporting of The Environmental Education Act
| 英文摘要 | This project assisted the Environmental Protection Administration (EPA) in promoting various environmental education activities. The achievement report of the 2021 National Action Plan was prepared according to the Environmental Education Act. The report was revised based on the comments provided by the National Environmental Education Review Board Meeting. The report was submitted to the Executive Yuan for approval and made public on the website by June 30, 2022. In addition, this project newly established two functions in the Environmental Education Information System (EEIS). The functions included a new management system for the annual report of the achievement results of the National Environmental Education Action Plan and an online reporting function for the use of local government environmental education funds. The systematic operation not only improved the management and convenience but also substantially reduced the administrative costs of manual compilation and review. In 2022, this project assisted in organizing local government environmental education improvement meetings and planning meetings. Through these meetings, the EPA could communicate future policy objectives and gain insight into the difficulties of local governments in the past, which would serve as a reference for the future policy or assessment indicator adjustments. In addition, this project completed two development courses related to environmental education, one environmental lecture training, and two volunteer training sessions to enhance the knowledge of environmental education of related staff and volunteers. Regarding reporting operations, this project assisted a total of 7,112 reporting units nationwide in completing their annual environmental education performance reporting according to the past counseling system. This project also provided professional lecturer services in conjunction with local government presentations. In addition, a new recommendation function based on personal learning information was added to the Environmental Education Lifelong Learning website. Based on users’ learning records, a recommended video list and activities would be generated algorithmically for their reference, enriching the resources available to the users. This function was also helpful for the four-hour reporting service. | ||
