111年臺中市營建工程查核計畫

中文摘要 期末報告執行期間（統計期程 111年 5 月 2 日至 112 年 5月 01 日）， 已蒐集分析營建工程徵收、管制、污染排放削減情形及針對執行成果資訊進行探討，據以擬定管制策略，執行成果摘要說明如下。 1.辦理營建工程空氣污染防制費徵收案件共9,755件（ 開工申報4,863 件、完工結算4,892件及起、承造人資料變更176件），總徵收金額為157,341,734元； 採網路申報之申報率為 96.37%。 2.執行期間稽巡查次數為8,968處次，整體簽名率約 91.59%，納管率為 71.05%、管辦符合率為99.81%。 3.執行期間辦理施工機具排氣檢測完成20輛次，均符合建議標準。 4.執行期間空拍作業共執行30點次，其中針對區域開發工程執行3點次。 5.執行期間道路普查長度為5,407.6公里，其中 A 級道路比例為85.84%、B 級道路為14.16%。

2022 Taichung City Construction Project Inspection Plan

英文摘要 The information of the Construction site, Supervision, Pollution reduction had been gathered and analyzed during May 2, 2022 to May1,2023. Based on the analysis results, We developed the strategies and implemented completely. Achievement as below. 1.9,755 cases of air pollution control fee, 4,863 cases of construction declare, 4,892 cases of construction finished, 176 cases of constructor changed. The total amount is NTD $ 157,341,734. Online declaration rate is 96.37%. 2.8,968 times of inspection during the plan period, 91.59% signature rate, 71.05% management and 99.81% coincidence rate. 3.20 times of equipment exhaust testing during the plan period, all of it are up to the standard. 4.30 times of aerial photography during the plan period, 3 of it are regional development projects. 5.5,407.6km road investigation length during the plan period, level A account for 85.84%, level B account for 14.16%.
