111年度桃園市餐飲業稽巡查管制計畫

中文摘要 本計畫旨在透過收集桃園市政府提供的新設餐飲業及陳情餐飲業名單,評估其排放量並研發最佳可行控制技術組合串聯,提供餐飲業者改善參考。加強餐飲業油煙污染稽/巡查管制作業,針對符合管辦之業者進行巡查輔導並且加強燒烤餐飲及連鎖餐飲業之油煙防制狀況。透過專案管制作業及餐飲油煙管制成果之宣導活動,落實環保與經濟兼顧的理念,達到業者、市民、政府與環境多贏的最佳化目的。

Taoyuan City's Food and Beverage Industry Inspection and Regulation Plan for the Fiscal Year 2022

英文摘要 This project aims to collect a list of newly established and petitioned food and beverage businesses provided by the Taoyuan City Government, evaluate their emissions, and develop the best feasible combination of control technologies to provide guidance for improvement to industry operators. It also strengthens the inspection and control of oil fume pollution in the food and beverage industry, conducts inspections and guidance for industry operators who meet the management criteria, and enhances the oil fume control status of barbecue and chain food and beverage businesses. Through project control operations and promotional activities on the results of food and beverage oil fume control, it implements the concept of balancing environmental protection and economic development, achieving a win-win situation for industry operators, citizens, government, and the environment.
