According to the "Smart Government Promotion Strategic Plan" of the Executive Yuan on 10 January 2018, the "Smart Government Action Plan" and the "Smart Government 2.0 Promotion Plan" policies of the National Development Commission, the medium- and long-term plan of this project "Smart Environmental Protection One-Stop" (110-114 years) is proposed to expand the digital transformation of services, with "data as the axis, connecting the needs of the people" and "service as the pillar, innovative government operation" as the two major infrastructures, and implement smart environmental protection digital services. The plan will use the smart government multi-certification (health insurance card, natural person, business voucher), digital service personalization (MyData) and Taiwan Mobile Identity Recognition (TW-FidO) digital government foundation to promote people-oriented governance services and achieve two major goals, such as accurate government decision-making assistance and people-centered digital interaction measures. Construct the next stage of digital government public-private collaborative governance model, and implement the vision of "people-oriented digital government".
