111年度高效化智慧水聯網研發應用及專案管理計畫

中文摘要 臺灣經濟規模快速發展,工業化與城市化對環境帶來重大壓力,特別臺灣都市面積小,工業區造成的水污染很快就外溢到臨近住宅區,水質感測及防治已成為重要議題。過去感測仰賴人工採樣檢測,耗時耗力難以因應多變的環境需求。目前常用之水質感測器雖然可靠度佳,但大多為測站等級,由於體積大、安裝及維護費用高,難以廣為布建,對水質數據掌握仍存在極大缺口。有鑒於近年線上水質分析及資通訊技術之精進,使得開發一體積小、耐用佳、操作簡單、設置費用低廉且具無線數據傳輸與物聯網功能之新一代水質感測物聯網設備成為可行之技術開發方向。為進一步達到高效化水聯網應用,本團隊延續前述環保署推動之工作,今年度將檢視過去建立的水聯網整體解決方案,投入基礎研發量能下,逐步擴大應用面。持續優化並強化品管,同時執行水質模式與多元化場域驗證與商業化探討。本年度完成四項重點工作,包括:(一)優化與精進水質感測器,並針對新感測項進行可行性評估;(二)強化水質感測器品管控制;(三)多樣化水質感測器產業化及空間應用;(四)推動地方政府水質感測物聯網合辦計畫應用及管理。本團隊從研發優化、數據解析至環境應用推廣,逐步擴大計畫影響面。中央到地方共同推動,從環境至產業跨域加值,將水聯網融入生活,把水質數據透明化,用科技改善環境品質,讓民眾有感。

The Project Management and R&D application of High Efficiency and Smart Water Continuous Monitoring with IOT (Internet of Things) in FY111

英文摘要 Due to rapid development of economy in Taiwan, industrialization and urbanization have brought great pressure on the environment. In particular, industrial water pollution has immediate impact on residential areas because the small urban area increases the chances of pollution spreading. The conventional water quality sensing instruments, such as pH meter and conductivity measurement are reliable. However, frequent manual calibration and cleaning are usually required, thus the manpower demand for maintenance is heavy. Also, monitoring instruments for regulatory items related to enforcement, such as heavy metals and chemical oxygen demand have the disadvantages of large volume and high installation cost. Therefore, the conventional water sensing instruments are not suitable for application scenarios on mass installation and distribution. The project have completed the following tasks: 1. Optimize the feasilities of water quality sensors and evaluate the feasibility if sensoring new items of water quality. 2. Implementation the quality control of water quality sensor.3. Improve diversified water quality sensing technology and expand field application verification. 4. Promote the application and environmental management of local government sensing IoT joint projects. Base on R&D optimization, data analysis and environmental application, the team works with the central and local governments to gradually expand the impact of the project. Through the disclosure of water quality data, which cound improve the quality of the environment and make people feel the change from technology.
