111年度環保法規技師簽證 查核案件品質提升專案工作計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本計畫主要執行「協助機關辦理執業環境保護技師簽證案件查核相關庶務工作80 場次」、「協助辦理環境保護技師管理系統操作講習會及環境保護技師簽證品質提昇宣導會相關庶務工作」和「維運機關環工技師相關網頁及系統」等三大工項。 在「協助機關辦理執業環境保護技師簽證案件查核」之工項，本年度共查核80 案，查核工作分為書面查核和現場查核兩個階段，本團隊於舉辦查核行前說明會1 場次後，乃先協助查核委員辦理各案件之書面查核工作，當查核缺失達26 點以上時再進行現場查核，最後協助機關辦理缺失點數確認會議、報請工程會懲戒前審查會議及資料上傳雲端等事項。 在「協助辦理環境保護技師管理系統操作講習會及環境保護技師簽證品質提昇宣導會」之工項，操作講習會藉課程簡報方式向各地方環保局同仁，說明環境工程技師簽證線上提報制度，講解環工技師簽證案件在環保局線上系統之提報操作介面和操作方式；宣導會邀請四位專業講師個別針對水污染源、固定污染源和土壤及地下水等類別，對各簽證相關法令、查核方式內容、查核重點以及現場常見的缺失等做進行說明，並在最後綜合討論進行意見交流。 在「維運機關環工技師相關網頁及系統」之工項，持續辦理環保署技師簽證服務網入口網站及環工技師管理資訊系統維護及更新，配合機關對技師相關網頁及系統之軟硬體升級與資安需求，並且在原有系統之架構進行重整，汰換老舊程式及元件，提升依機關要求系統及網頁介接資料，將原有系統資料搬移或外部運輸。此外，還有強化簽證環工技師上網申報執業所為之簽證紀錄與統計功能，並配合管考作業需求辦理系統報表調整及增修交叉統計分析報表，最後還包括英文版網頁建置和提升現有無障礙網頁取得最新認證。 以上工作項目均符合合約內容或相關要求。 | ||

2022 Registered professional environmental regulation engineer certification cases review quality improvement inspection plan
| 英文摘要 | This project is based on the requirement of The Quality Improvement of Environmental Engineering Certification Cases Review by Professional Engineers 2022, Executive Yuan Environmental Protection Administration. It is divided into 3 parts: 1. Assist the competent authority with 80 cases of environmental engineering certification cases reviewed by professional engineers, 2. Conduct conventions and seminars, 3. Operate websites and systems related to environmental engineers of maintenance agencies. In the first part, the verification work is divided into two stages: written verification and on-site verification. After a Pre-Brief Meeting, our team assisted to handle the written verification first, then the on-site verification will be carried out when missing points of written verification is more than 26 points, and finally,the team assisted the competent authority in the confirmation meeting of missing points, the pre-correction review meeting of the Engineering Council, and the uploading of data to the cloud, etc. The total number of checking cases is 80. In the second part, our team firstly invited a lecturer from EPF to give a presentation to the local EPA-assigned colleagues to explain the online reporting system for environmental engineering certification cases and explained the interface and operation of the online reporting system during the operation convention. After that, EPA invited four professional lecturers from three categories: water pollution sources, stationary pollution sources, and soil and groundwater to teach professional engineers some relevant laws and regulations, methods of review, points of review, and common onsite deficiencies for each category. Every convention ended with a comprehensive discussion and exchange of opinions between the lecturers and the students. In the third part, our team was responsible for the maintenance and update of the portal website of the EPA Technician Visa Service Network and the Environmental Engineering Technician Management Information System. We cooperated with the authorities on the software and hardware upgrades and information security requirements of technician-related web pages and systems. We also restructured the original system to eliminate and replace the old programs and components, upgraded the system and web page interface data according to the requirements of the authorities, and moved or externally transport the original system data. In addition, our team strengthened the visa record and statistical functions of the online application for occupation by visa environmental technicians, adjusted the system reports, and added cross-statistical analysis reports according to the requirements of the management examination. Web Accessibility is up-to-date certified. The above work items were in line with the contract content or related requirements. | ||
