| 中文摘要 | 為在現有基礎上進一步達成削減污染、改善河川水質，臺中市政府環境保護局特辦理112年度「臺中市流域污染總量管制、水污費徵收查核與水污染源稽查計畫」（以下簡稱本計畫），希望藉由本計畫落實執行，特別制定推動環保許可整合計畫、水污染源管制工作及持續配合環境部推動總量管制、水污費徵收查核作業等工項，並依照本市河川水體特性及污染來源等積極推動管制規劃，確實掌握本市轄境內之水污染源資料，以利後續管制作業進行。 | ||

Year 2023 Taichung City River Pollution Total Mass Based Control, Water Control Fees Check and Collection, and Water Pollution Source Audit Project
| 英文摘要 | In order to further reduce pollution and improve river water quality on the present basis, the Environmental Protection Bureau, Taichung City Government held the Project “Year 2023 Taichung City River Pollution Total Mass Based Control,Water Control Fees Check and Collection, and Water Pollution Source Audit Project”, it is hoped that through the implementation of this project to formulate specially to promote the integration of environmental protection permits and Water Pollution Source Control Work. And we continue to cooperate with the Environmental Protection Administration to promote total mass Based control and water pollution control fees’ collection and verification operations and other works. And according to the city's river water characteristics and pollution sources, we actively promote control planning and accurately grasp the data of water pollution sources in the jurisdiction of the city to facilitate follow-up control operations. | ||
