112年度環保清運車輛智能車聯網AIoT行控管理中心專案工作計畫

中文摘要 本計畫執行全臺環保清運車輛裝設車聯網設備系統及調查各縣市相關APP系統資料盤點作業,了解並掌握環保車輛清運狀況,作為未來推動智能化管理環保車輛之基礎,透過中央環保清運車輛行控管理中心導入,以視覺化、數位化管理模式,綜觀全臺環保清運車輛系統,遠距掌控各地環保車輛清運點狀況,實現全時全域管理功能。 為達全面性推廣各地方政府建構自主管理平臺,藉由擴大介接環保清運車輛資訊,擴增數據蒐集,驗證行控管理中心系統未來擴充能力,亦可掌握環保清運車輛使用效率,作為環境管理署審查地方政府提報申請補助計畫之參考。 辦理技術研討交流會議,邀請專家學者、環保單位等相關人員,從行政面、法規面、實務面及技術面等提出建議,觀摩民間企業機構發展智能化管理行控中心模式,進一步了解數位科技結合環保設施實務發展新模式,作為後續業務推動之參考。

Project work plan for the 112th Annual Environmental Protection Clearance Vehicle Intelligent Vehicle Network AIoT Operation Control Management Center

英文摘要 The objective of this project is to implement a nationwide installationof IoT devices on eco-friendly waste collection vehicles and conduct a survey of the relevant app systems in each county and city. This aims to understand and monitor the status of environmental waste collection vehicles, serving as a foundation for future initiatives in intelligent management of these vehicles. The implementation will be facilitated through the introduction of a central Environmental Waste Collection Vehicle Control and Management Center, employing a visualized and digitized management approach to comprehensively oversee the environmental waste collection vehicle system across Taiwan. This will enable remote monitoring of waste collection points in various locations, achieving real-time and comprehensive management capabilities on a continuous and nationwide scale. In order to comprehensively promote the establishment of independent management platforms by local governments, the project aims to expand the integration of environmental waste collection vehicle information and enhance data collection. This will verify the scalability of the control management center system and enable the assessment of the efficiency of environmental waste collection vehicle utilization. It will also serve as a reference for your agency to review subsidy project proposals submitted by local governments. To facilitate knowledge exchange and technical discussions, a technical seminar and conference will be organized. Relevant individuals, including experts, scholars, environmental agencies, and media representatives, will be invited to provide suggestions from administrative, regulatory, practical, and technical perspectives. The seminar aims to observe the development of intelligent management and control center models by private enterprises and organizations. It will further enhance understanding of new models that integrate digital technology with environmental facilities, providing valuable insights for future business promotion initiatives.
