112-113年度推動化學物質管理之國際公約暨國際交流計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本計畫主要工作執行成果包括(1)已掌握斯德哥爾摩公約最新管理決議及審議物質資訊，並依循公約管理進程蒐研國外持久性有機污染物管理現況，研提國內管制建議，進行跨部會研商。已完成2022年及2023年持久性有機污染物成果報告及更新國家實施計畫。(2)已掌握汞公約決議擴大管制含汞產品等國際趨勢，並透過跨部會研商因應做法，完成2022年及2023年汞管理成果、推動計畫修正與成效評估。(3)已更新鹿特丹公約最新決議、國際環境荷爾蒙關注清單及研析敏感族群文獻，完成我國環境荷爾蒙管理2022年及2023年成果報告。(4)已透過系統分析展現跨部會成效，包括汞及持久性有機污染物成果之視覺化統計及建置資訊地圖系統。(5)已更新持久性有機污染物、汞及環境荷爾蒙等相關資訊網站內容，辦理成果發表會及科普文章撰寫等工作。 | ||

The project of international convention and international exchange for promoting the management of chemical substances in 2023-2024
| 英文摘要 | The main outcomes of this project include: (1) The latest management resolutions and substance information under the Stockholm Convention were gathered. Following the convention's management process, the project examined the current state of Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs) management in other countries and developed recommendations for domestic control. These were discussed in inter-ministerial consultations meeting. The project also completed the POPs achievement reports for year 2022 and 2023. The National Implementation Plan was updated. (2) The project monitored international trends regarding the Minamata Convention's expanded control of mercury-containing products and, through inter-ministerial consultations, formulated corresponding strategies. The 2022 and 2023 mercury management achievements, including project revisions and effectiveness evaluations, have been completed. (3) The project updated the latest resolutions of the Rotterdam Convention, the international lists of endocrine-disrupting chemicals of concern, and analyzed literature on sensitive populations. The 2022 and 2023 achievement reports on environmental hormone management in our country have been completed. (4) The project demonstrated the effectiveness of inter-ministerial efforts through systematic intelligent analysis, including the visualized statistics of mercury and POPs outcomes and the establishment of an information mapping system. (5) The relevant information on POPs, mercury, and endocrine disruptors on various websites were updated, the implementation achievement conference were held, and popular science articles were draft. | ||
