發展廢照明光源資源循環利用技術與循環產業鏈體系專案工作計畫(第一年)
中文摘要 | LED照明光源相對於傳統光源更加環保且耗電量更少,近年來其使用量正逐年增長。使用後廢棄的 LED照明光源的數量也逐年上升中。 自民國107年起我國已開始回收處理LED廢照明光源。目前在資源材數據、資材再利用技術能力及產業鏈體系之健全化尚未完整建立;淨零永續國際風潮下評估其資源循環的低碳利益深具重要性。 本計畫主要工作項目包含:A. LED照明光源資源材分類與特性分析、B. LED照明光源廢光學塑膠回收處理與再利用技術,以及C.LED照明光源再生料碳足跡及其低碳利益評估等。 本研究團隊現階段已完成:(1). LED照明光源資源材特性數據資料(庫)建立,(2). 廢光學塑膠元件回收與再利用技術開發(包含:再生PS塑膠粒料及再生PS塑膠單體應用),(3).廢光學塑膠再生塑料再利用產品技術開發(包含:仿實木建材應用雛型產品的試製與性能評估、小批試驗量產實場驗證,以及資源循環產業的鏈結等),以及(4). LED照明光源回收處理產生之再生料,碳足跡的計算及其低碳利益的評估等。期望藉由本研究計畫,能提升國內LED照明光源廢光學塑膠再利用管道的多元性及其應用價值,並建立新的循環價值產業鏈。 | ||

Development project of Recycling technology and Resource circular industrial chain of Waste lighting source
英文摘要 | LED (Light Emitting Diode) lighting sources are more environmentally friendly and energy saving compared to traditional light sources and their usage has been increasing year by year. The amount of waste generated by LED lighting sources is also increasing gradually. Since 2018, Taiwan has started to recycle and process waste LED lighting sources. However, the current data information on LED lighting source resource materials, resource recycling and reuse technologies, and circular industry chain systems in Taiwan are still incomplete. Under the international trend of zero carbon emissions, it is important to evaluate the low-carbon benefits of its resource circulation. This project aims to establish LED waste lighting source resource recycling and utilization technology and circular industry chain system. The main work items include: A. LED lighting source resource material classification and characteristic analysis, B. LED lighting source waste optical plastic recovery processing and reuse technology, and C. LED lighting source recycled material carbon footprint and its low-carbon benefit evaluation. The research team has completed the following tasks: (1). Establishment of LED lighting source resource material characteristic data (database), (2). Development of waste optical plastic component recoveryand reuse technology (including: trial production of regenerated PS plastic pellets and regenerated PS plastic monomers), (3). Development of waste optical plastic recycled plastic value-added reuse prototype product technology (including: trial production and performance evaluation of prototype products for simulated wood building materials, as well as small-scale trial production field verification of prototype products with embossed simulated wood boards), (4). Linking related companies in the LED lighting source waste optical plastic resource circular industry chain, and (5). Calculation of carbon footprint of recycled materials generated by LED waste lighting source recycling processing and evaluation of its low-carbon benefits. We hope that this research can enhance the diversity and application value of domestic LED lighting source waste optical plastic reuse channels, and assist in establishing a new circular value chain for domestic LED lighting source recycling industry. | ||
