112年度廢電子電器及資訊物品回收處理作業影像偵測及智慧辨識查核計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本計畫延續111年創新計畫成果，持續優化其智慧辨識技術與進行實地場域之認證，並建置影像智慧辨識查核資訊管理測試平台，係以智慧判讀系統將千里眼影像資料自動下載至伺服器內執行影像辨識，並自動剪輯異常影像供稽核人員以人工方式複判。經由系統執行初判篩選疑似異常之事件並剪輯事件影片後再由稽核人員執行複判，而非完全取代人工判讀。而本年度已針對「冷媒外洩」及「大門出入口車輛異常出廠」進行5個月18家受補貼機構千里眼影像判讀查核，以智慧辨識判讀與人工判讀雙軌並行之方式進行效能驗證。其透過混淆矩陣之偵獲比率(召回率)，平均已達為95.15%；片長節省率於大門鏡頭平均為98.97%、冷媒鏡頭平均為94.33%，其結果顯示可提升判讀品質及減少判讀時間，藉由自動化之作業輔助稽核認證團體執行複判以提升判讀作業效率。 | ||

2023 Video recognition system for waste electronic appliances and recycling
| 英文摘要 | This project continues the achievements of 2022 innovation project, continuously optimizing its smart recognition technology and conducting on-site field certification. It establishes an Image Smart Recognition Verification Information Management Testing Platform, which automatically downloads CCTV image data to the server for image recognition using the smart interpretation system. It automatically clips abnormal images for audit personnel to manually reevaluate. The system performs initial screening to select potentially abnormal events and clips event videos, which are then reevaluated by audit personnel, rather than entirely replacing manual interpretation. In the current year, a five-month evaluation of image interpretation verification has been conducted for 18 subsidized institutions regarding "refrigerant leaks" and "abnormal vehicle exits at main gates." The evaluation is conducted using both smart recognition interpretation and manual interpretation in parallel to verify performance. The detection rate (recall rate) through the confusion matrix has averaged 95.15%. The average savings in video length are 98.97% for main gate cameras and 94.33% for refrigerant cameras. The results show an improvement in interpretation quality and a reduction in interpretation time, indicating that automated operations assist audit certification groups in reevaluation, enhancing interpretation efficiency. | ||
