土壤及地下水業務作業系統化控管預警及數據分析應用計畫(第二期)

Project of systematic control, early warning, data analysis and application for soil and groundwater management (Second Phase)
英文摘要 | The Soil and Groundwater Information Management (SGM) System is an essential platform for nationwide soil and groundwater management operations. In addition to maintaining the existing system, this project completed 14 system development and support tasks, guided by four key objectives: management decision-making, integrated applications, information display, and cybersecurity and administrative support. For management decision-making, this project focused on enhancing three three key areas: site management, performance evaluation, and internal announcements. The system’s guided reporting process was optimized to meet operational needs, while automated alerts and control mechanisms were introduced to strengthen overall management, reduce administrative workload, and improve operational efficiency. Regarding integrated applications, this project ensured that system functions and data quality kept pace with changes in operational practices and technological advancements. A comprehensive system evaluation was conducted, and incorporated AI-driven formulation of future development plans. Through data analysis and open data exchange, the system now provides more robust decision-making tools and richer information for soil and groundwater professionals, enabling government, academia, and the public to explore additional value-added applications of soil and groundwater data. The information display component focused on showcasing and promoting the results of soil and groundwater management over the years, providing the public with comprehensive and up-to-date information. This project developed processes for updating and verifying content on the public website, improved the advocacy achievement section, and refined foreign language content. Additionally, GIS functionality was enhanced, and operational application outcomes were incorporated into external competitions to further educational promotion and highlight operational performance. For cybersecurity and administrative support, this project ensured the secure and effective operation of the system and related processes by implementing various administrative controls, including system security maintenance, education and training programs, and consulting services. | ||
