寶特瓶高效整合性功能處理設備開發計畫

中文摘要   2050年全球淨零碳排議題,各國不斷推動再生能源、節能減碳及循環經濟政策,我國亦喊出「資源循環零廢棄」之願景,由於塑膠原料在各產業為不可缺乏之原物料,然而過度便利使用加上分解需要時間造成塑膠廢棄物數量過於龐大,源頭減塑以及提升其再利用比成為各國政府政策訂定之目標與要求。   隨著回收政策推動數年,我國民眾已逐漸具備資源回收之意識,然因回收物混料嚴重需花費人力物力回收再利用處理本過高,進而降低回收產業處置誘因,回收物再利用比例依舊低迷。本案計畫提出「寶特瓶高效整合性功能處理設備開發計畫」,整合性功能智慧化資收物機台設計,結合光學辨識IR光譜和AI影像完成瓶型辨識、材質、重量及金屬排除分選回收,同時內建粉碎功能與分選功能,透過比重分選方式剔除瓶身膜面與瓶蓋,留下允收瓶片,減少混料情況發生,讓前端資收物前處理成果大幅躍進減少後端再處理困難及能耗問題,同時提升資收物再利用效率及比例。而後端處理廠則能透過嚴謹檢測掌控再生物料之品質,進而規劃使用百分之百再生原料完成再生製品,達到資源循環零廢棄之目標。

Plastic bottle high-efficiency multi-function processing equipment development plan

英文摘要 With the global net zero carbon emissions issue in 2050, many countries continue to promote renewable energy, and circular economy policies. Taiwan also calls out the vision of "resource recycling and zero waste". Since plastic raw materials are indispensable raw materials in various industries, however excessive convenience has resulted in an excessive amount of plastic waste. With the promotion of the recycling policy for several years, Taiwanese have gradually become aware of resource recycling. However, due to the serious mixing of recyclables, it takes lots of manpower and material resources to recycle, and the cost of recycling is too high, which reduces the willingness of the recycling industry to dispose. President packaging industrial corp. proposes "Plastic bottle high-efficiency multi-function processing equipment development plan", creates the integrated functional intelligent storage machine which combined with the optical identification function IR spectrum and AI imaging to complete bottle type identification, material, weight and metal removal, crushing function and sorting function. The equipment can simplify traditional recycling process and improve the efficiency and proportion of material collection reuse. The recycling plant controls the quality of recycled materials, and then plans to use 100% recycled materials to complete recycled products, achieving the goal of zero waste in resource recycling.
