112年度土壤及地下水宣導業務推廣計畫

中文摘要 本計畫自112年3月13日至112年12月31日止,透過多元宣導方式與運用線上多媒體推廣土壤及地下水品質保護概念。執行成果簡要說明如下: 1.研擬執行規劃書:於5月8日完成提送計畫各工作項目之執行規劃。 2.土水保護創意短片徵選:針對大專校院學生及一般民眾辦理「土壤及地下水保護創意短片徵選-你不知道的酷知識」活動,提供合計超過50萬元之獎勵,鼓勵發揮創意拍攝短影片呈現土壤及地下水保護的重要概念,並經由專業評審評分選出優秀創意影片。徵件期間陸續透過社群媒體、比賽平台、網路廣告等宣傳活動訊息,至少5則以上,廣告曝光量超過100萬次,亦主動聯繫傳播、土水、環工等相關科系,鼓勵學生參與。最終兩組合計共89件作品參賽,共43件作品獲獎,並於11月20日假政大公企中心辦理頒獎典禮,同步舉行交流茶會展出得獎作品。得獎作品未來可實際使用在機關社群經營,透過淺顯趣味的影音素材提升民眾對土水保護知識的理解。 3.土水環境教育宣導活動:以體驗教育為主軸,以親子家庭為目標對象,將土水保護與食物健康安全連結,強調實際動手體驗與親近大自然,活動設計主要結合各地農特產進行戶外體驗,藉此傳達土壤及地下水的健康與食物安全息息相關。本工作項已於7月14日、8月4日、8月11日、8月18日分別在高雄、宜蘭、彰化、新北等地辦理環境教育推廣活動共4場次,合計共139人參與。活動設計採取互動問答融入土水保護觀念,更安排動手體驗和小遊戲提升孩子的投入度,家長與孩子的反應皆相當良好,期望未來能持續辦理體驗活動,提供更多寓教於樂的機會。 4.土水保護桌遊體驗活動:今年度從校園著手,辦理教師增能培訓和學生入班教學共兩種類型活動。教師增能培訓帶領學校老師從認識桌遊與土水保護觀念開始,進而學會使用桌遊輔助課程教學,已於5月31日、6月7日、6月14日辦理共3場次,合計共109人次參與;學生入班教學則在遊戲後引導學生思考,帶領理解桌遊所傳達的概念,建立對土壤及地下水的基本認知與保護觀念,已於6月期間辦理共7場次,合計162位國小五年級以上學生參與;考量地方環保局亦有桌遊教學需求,亦於8月21日、8月25日加開2場次環保局專班,協助培養地方人員之宣導與教學能力。本工作項亦研擬桌遊教具申請機制,提供體驗、借用、索取等方案,並持續開放各界申請,共同推廣土壤及地下水保護觀念;今年已累積申請體驗共24案、借用共8案、索取共17案。 5.多媒體宣導:經營管理FB與IG《土淨水清系列活動》粉專,按季製作創意圖文,並依核定排程發布貼文。3月至12月期間,FB與IG共發布128則貼文,合計觸及人數達361,137;8月至10月期間完成辦理共6場次粉絲互動活動,合計共增加1,384位粉絲。另與《空中英語教室》合作中英文課文教材,進行土壤及地下水主題學習與推廣。已於9月15日出版21萬冊紙本雜誌,並於10月4日、5日進行網路社群、廣播、電視等媒體推廣。

Project of Soil and Groundwater Advocacy Business Promotion Plan of 2023

英文摘要 The project period is from March 13, 2023, to December 31, 2023. The abstract of implementation is as following: I. Developing the Implementation Plan: The implementation plan of the submitted work items was completed on May 8, 2023. II. Creative short video competition of soil and groundwater: The competition is held with college students and public. The competition provides a total of over NT$500,000 in prizes to encourage the production of short videos presenting the important concepts of soil and groundwater protection. The campaign was promoted through social media, competition platforms, advertisements, etc., and the advertisements were exposed more than 1,000,000 times. A total of 89 works participated in the competition. and a total of 43 works won awards. An award ceremony will be held on November 20, and a tea party will be held to showcase the winning works. In the future, simple and interesting short videos can be used to enhance more people’s understanding of soil and groundwater protection knowledge. III. Environmental education activities of soil and groundwater: The target audience is parents and children, and the concept of soil and groundwater protection is integrated into the activity, so that children can understand the way of coexisting with the environment and understand the harm caused by soil and groundwater pollution. The event has been held 4 times on July 14, August 4, August 11, and August 18, with a total of 139 people participating. The response from parents and children has been very good, and they hope to continue to hold experience activities in the future. IV. Board game activities of soil and groundwater: The teacher training activities started with understanding the concept of board games and soil and groundwater protection, and then learned to use board games to assist course teaching. A total of 3 sessions were held on May 31, June 7, and June 14, with a total of 109 people participated. In the student section, we guide students to think after the game, guide them to understand the concepts conveyed by the board game, and establish basic understanding and protection concepts of soil and groundwater. A total of 7 sessions have been held in June, with a total of 162 fifth graders. An application mechanism for board game teaching aids has been formulated. Currently, a total of 24 cases have been applied for experience, 8 cases have been borrowed, and a total of 17 cases have been requested. V. Multimedia publicity: Operating FB and IG fan page and have released a total of 128posts from March to December, 2023, reaching a total of 361,137 people, and 6 fans interaction activities were completed, adding a total of 1,384 fans. In cooperation with "Studio Classroom" for bilingual teaching materials, 210,000 copies of the magazine have been published on September 15, and promoted through various media, including online community, radio, TV, and other media promotion.
