112 年度公廁查核輔導與整頓全國環境衛生業務管理工作計畫
| 中文摘要 | 隨著生活水平提升，人們愈加重視環境問題與居住品質的要求，為了全面改善環境衛生，環境部環境管理署（下稱環管署）積極推動環境清潔維護工作，防範病媒傳播。針對環境衛生及病媒防治，重視地方管理與民眾感受度，整合環境衛生議題、調查病媒或蟲鼠防治管理、疫病病例追蹤、公廁管理宣傳及清潔維護策略研析等業務；針對公廁管理及推動，提出「優質公廁及美質環境推動計畫」，提供地方政府改善公廁補助申請，期能全面提升公廁環境品質，促進觀光效益。 環管署透過補助地方推動建構優質公廁，本(112)年度共計補助505座公廁，跨(112-113)年度共計核定補助684座。推動執行面辦理說明會及檢討會，強化補助單位設計、管理及執行推動觀念；藉由查核及輔導作業進行工程管控、管理督導，協助改善工程品質與提升執行進度，並彙整108-112年推動成果。為使全台公廁品質貼近民眾感受，辦理公廁評鑑由民眾替公廁評分，活動期間有95.3%的民眾給予滿分評價。辦理公廁評比決選37個獲獎單位，表揚績優的管理維護單位。後疫情時期，清潔維護面臨挑戰，推動智慧公廁管理策略(AIoT)，推動公廁附加價值模式，強化營運管理及提升多元友善服務。 綜上所述，本計畫整合環境衛生、病媒管理防治及公廁管理精進等，希冀提升公廁及環境整潔品質及達到永續發展的目標。 | ||

T he Project of Public Toilet Audit Counselling and Reorganization National Environmental Hygiene Business Management 2023
| 英文摘要 | As the standard of living rises, people are paying more attention to environmental issues and quality of living. In order to comprehensively improve environmental hygiene, the Environmental Management Administration (EMA) of the Ministry of the Environment (MOE) is actively promoting environmental cleanliness and maintenance to prevent the spread of disease vectors. With regard to environmental hygiene and vector control, the EMSA places emphasis on local management and public perception by integrating environmental hygiene issues, investigating vector or pest control management, tracking disease cases, publicity on public toilet management, and analyzing cleaning and maintenance strategies. For the management and promotion of public toilets, the MOE proposes the "Quality Public Toilets and Beautiful Environment Promotion Plan", which provides local governments with grants for improving public toilets in the hope of comprehensively improving the quality of the environment and further promoting tourism. It is hoped that the environmental quality of public toilets can be comprehensively improved and that the benefits of tourism can be promoted. The MOE has been promoting the construction of quality public toilets through subsidies to localities, with a total of 505 public toilets subsidized in the current year (112) and 684 public toilets approved for subsidies across the years (112-113). The promotion of the implementation side of the project includes briefing sessions and review meetings to strengthen the concepts of design, management, and implementation of the promotion of the subsidized units; project control and management supervision through inspection and counselling to help improve the quality of the project and enhance the progress of implementation, and a compilation of the results of the promotion from 108 to 112 years. In order to bring the quality of public toilets closer to the public's experience, public toilets were evaluated by the public, and 95.3% of the public gave full scores during the campaign. The Public Toilet Evaluation was held to select 37 award-winning units and to recognize the outstanding performance of management and maintenance units. In the post-epidemic period, cleaning and maintenance are facing challenges. The AloT (Advanced Intelligent Toilet Management) strategy promotes a value-added model for public toilets, strengthens operation and management, and enhances multi- faceted and friendly services. As mentioned above, the Project of Public Toilet Audit Counselling and reorganization National Environmental Hygiene Business Management 2023 integrates environmental hygiene, vector management and public toilet management, with the aim of improving the quality of public toilets and the environment, as well as achieving the goal of sustainable development. | ||
