In response to the increasing complexity of pollutant source processes and the close interrelatedness of air, water, waste and toxic methods, the Ministry of Environment has integrated policies for four environmental permits: air, water, toxic permits and waste clean-up plans. Through the pollution flow diagram, the pollution flow diagram of the whole plant can be more precise, providing the entire plant management function and saving the time of applying for permits. In addition, we promoted the consultation, setting up a single window to strengthen prior consultations and accelerating the reviewing time. This reduces the competition in reviewing opinions, at the same time, reduces the number of returns by the industry so that the license reviewing process is consistent, and the ultimate goal is to integrate one factory and one certificate.
