廢棄鋰離子電池回收技術與高值循環再利用開發計畫

中文摘要 針對現在電動車與儲能市場大開,所後續衍生的鋰離子電池廢棄物問題日趨嚴重, 如果能有效再利用上述廢棄電池所內含的材料,本計畫預計開發直接修復廢棄陰極 材料、直接回收碳酸鋰與過渡金屬鹽與開發高效率放電劑等研究工作。透過上述研 究工作展開,能有效針對裡離子電池所佔成本最高的陰極材料進行回收再利用,同 時提取高經濟價值鋰與過渡金屬元素,實現我國循環經濟的重要環節。再者,有效 將電池芯與電池模組進行深度放電後以利環保業者進行拆解回收,本研究考量對於 過往高濃度滷水的依賴,預計開發高環保性可深度放電溶劑以利後續取代。

The project of recovery of lithium ion battery and its high value recycling

英文摘要 In view of the current electric vehicle and energy storage market, the problem of lithium- ion battery waste derived from it is becoming more and more serious. If the materials contained in the above-mentioned waste batteries can be effectively reused, this project is expected to develop direct repair of waste cathode materials and direct recycling Research work on lithium carbonate and transition metal salts and the development of high-efficiency discharge agents. Through the above-mentioned research work, it is possible to effectively recycle and reuse the cathode material that occupies the highest cost in lithium-ion batteries, and at the same time extract high economic value lithium and transition metal elements, realizing an important link in my country's circular economy. Furthermore, the battery cells and battery modules are effectively deep-discharged to facilitate dismantling and recycling by the environmental protection industry. This study considers the dependence on high- concentration brine in the past, and it is expected to develop a high-environmental protection deep-discharge solvent for subsequent replacement.
